Today's warmup sketch is... not a screenshot redraw and needed to happen because of this. Don't worry, we'll return to the normal Vlad-screenshot-redraw formula tomorrow. I want to see how much can I improve by just quickly sketching him everyday, as a warmup, for 365 days. Will I become a better artist? Or I will just have the biggest, most useless collection of Vlads ever?

Hubba Hubba goth babe

The episode starts with Joker and Penguin literally painting the town (one with white and the other black respectively), and arguing over who that part of Gotham belongs to. So we’re already in a weird place to begin with, and it suddenly gets weirder.

A third villain appears!

Yes, really. I try not to gripe on some of the show’s designs (since lord knows that’s about all people do regarding this version: complain) but egads, why?!

Not weird enough for you? Okay, how about if I told you that this Riddler is voiced by Robert Englund, aka Freddy fuckin’ Krueger?

I’d comment further, but 1: I haven’t seen any of the Nightmare on Elm Street films so I can’t really make jokes about it, and 2: that’s already weird enough for me, thank you (and 3: I’ve got the rest of the episode to get to).
