uhh..

i have nothing else to say about but sam was originally going to have some sort of ability that is a “psychic connection” with danny.

other than that, this is some random comparison i made because they kinda look similar.

In Digimon Soul Chaser, an official mobile game released in South Korea, the 2D sprites are designed to resemble that of the “Toei style”.

Here’s some Digimon that haven’t appeared in the anime, though they appeared in this game with that style of how they would look like if they ever made a debut.

There’s more Digimon who never debuted in the anime but did appear with the “Toei style” but hasn’t been ripped yet.

Reminds me if Andromon appeared as a Mother 3-esque sprite.

So in late 2014 I started a side-project in which I’ve been spriting every digimon, and it’s something I return to every so often- I find it very relaxing!

I’m snowed in today, so I went back and re-did a few of the poorer-looking ones. Here’s my Andromon sprite, two years apart!

I should sprite him again in 2019!
