Sesshomaru vs. Kirinmaru

Back to the past- short story following the eldest daughter of Sesshomaru and kagome.

Mimamoru ends up in the past after running away from Nobunagas' men. While there, she's determined to change the events that led to her family's demise and change the future for the better.

During the Sengoku period (1467-1603), a war between Humans and demons broke loose. A man by the name of Oda Nobunaga made an Alliance with Travelors and bought a machinery that could kill even the strongest of demons. My father fell ill from a plant that can wipe away a demon cell. No one knew where it came from. Mother was devastated, so was grandmother. In 1500 father passed away, and mother and grandmother took over the throne.

Things were good for a while, and everyone tried to make the best of things without father.

But.....we were too comfortable. We should have known there would-be traitors around. During the night of the moon, The humans were able to enter our castle, killing our army with their gun powder. My brother and I, we're in our human form. We were captured and taken.

My brother was separated from us, while mother cried. Those barbarians mocked us, and flirted with us while drunk. Once they passed out mother told me to find my brother. I didn't want to leave them, but they insisted.

I searched everywhere for him, when I did, it was under the full moon. I was enraged, shock and in pain. My little brother was beheaded, in a field of flowers.

As I cradle him in my arm, I felt like shouting. I knew they were coming. I wanted to stay and fight, but I knew I couldn't so I ran.

I didn't know where I was going, but I knew I had to get away. I stumble, and fell a couple of time, but I was determined. I looked back to see if they were following, which was my big mistake. The next thing that happend was a blur. I fell into something and lost conscious.

When I woke up I realize that I was in a hut. My clothes were changed and I was able to move. I heard some noises so I stepped out with caution. I was confused to see humans and hanyou walking around. Someone said something behind my back, so I turned.

To say I was shock was an understatement. There in front of me clad in all red, was mother. She looked different, matter fact close to her age.

She was happy to see me, all while telling a lady next to her that her new medicine herb worked. I realize this lady didn't recognize me, and seeing a man who almost looked like father appeared. I finally understood. Some how I was able to travel to the past or an alternative world. If that was true, maybe I can stop the future. Stop father from dying, figure out who bought the flower to the castle and prevent the great war to come.

If I could do this, I can change my future, and save everyone.
