There's a sneer across Jason's face as he looks at the other man, not quite happy in his current situation. Getting captured was never something one wanted out of an afternoon... less when it was someone like Slade. Being insulted didn't exactly make it better.

"Anybody ever tell you you look like a goddamn pirate?" Jason asked, though the answer to his question was yes. It was something in the eyes-- or the scent, he'd been told. Something looked wrong, something smelled wrong, and why shouldn't it? He was, after all, some kind of revenant. But the eyes were one of those things, too pale, one blue and one an unnatural sort of green. "Yeah, ha ha, I look dead. You gonna make that worse or am I just the worm on the hook?"
