They do have shark teeth, but I guess a lot of people forget that because I see so much art of NiGHTS with normal human teeth.

I also love that NiGHTS appears as such a playful and colourful character and then out of nowhere BOOM! SHARK TEETH!

Haha im glad! It felt very right for their character, and then i found out later they actually DO have shark teeth! I think fun teeth are neat and can add alot of depth to a character, so it only felt natural to give them a set of playful and jagged teeth.
