Marge Simpson Once Said "foilage," And Now Idiots Everywhere Abuse The Foliage Brush

Stairs leading up from a basement to a sidewalk. The stairs are made of that shitty, bumpy type metal, the walls are brick, the floor is concrete. There are plant growing out of corners, from beneath the bottom step, and crawling from the highest steps to the walls. The sky is indistinguishable and bright beyond the basement, and there is the edge of a fence peaking in from the right corner of the exit hole. It would be a bad to climb these in the rain.
