Fallout 3: Centaur Martini

I cannot overstate this enough.
There is no single person more responsible for the aesthetics and design of modern Fallout than Adam Adamowicz.
Fallout and many of its designs were of course established prior to Adam's involvement with the series, but his work on Fallout 3 brought an astounding depth and detail to a world he had full vision for.
His concept work was the foundation that the game designers intensely relied on and its astounding how closely his concepts were translated into the game.
I just went through all 800+ concepts he did for Fallout 3 and it is fucking *insane* how he seemingly designed almost everything for that game, at least at the conceptual level.

To robots-
To the buildings-
To guns-
To the details and vibe of the decayed metro-
Adam's artistic vision and creativity was behind the style and design of the entire game.
Adam was a generational talent and he left the world too soon.

I went a little crazy with this one, every time I felt like I was done drawing there was just something else I had to add or fix.

Canonical Scar reference map for Sweetjane.
In the Shipping AUs with @newvegascowboy, she has a human bite scar on her right shoulder from Killian. She also has a third set of snakebites with a slash through them above the left ankle in the AU with Cecelia.
She does not have the sterilization scar ing the AU with @voidthewanderer's Ripper. It would make no sense for her to be sterile in that AU as she becomes pregnant again in that one.

She has acquired some animals that she considers pets in the commonwealth. They are
Remy - Chaos spirit in the form of a Molerat. Sort of like Gunther from Adventure Time.
Djukel- Dogmeat or just Dog in Romanes
Borous - A Nightstriker experimental species turned invasive. She found him in a lab where some dinlo was trying to recreate Dr. Borous' nightstalkers in the Commonwealth. Successfully made two a male (Borous) and a female who killed the scientist and escaped. Instead of coyotes he was made by splicing wolves with rattlesnakes.
Sparky - the wounded mongrel dog from the random encounters
Sirni - a wounded squirrel
Shreddy - Her deathclaw mount. He is mostly tame.
i love that in fallout games there are articles of clothing that lower your charisma like yeah you can wear this but everyone will hate you a little bit
Well it started as a Nuke-cola promotional thing in 76. That promotional thing could have extended to the early Capital Wasteland.
Nukaworld is near enough to the Commonwealth that I can see the same promotion was happening in the early years of the Commonwealth.
These promotionals just stuck as ways of currency.
In my version of Fallout: New Orleans and Chicago I don't think caps are widely used over more traditional coinage. I imagine some places may have even done the traditional gold > "silver" > copper from traditional fantasy rpgs but american coinage. Gold dollars are highest amount. Silver is any silver colored coinage no matter the denominations (quarters, nickels, and dimes are all termed "silver") and copper is obviously pennies. Paper money is still worthless. I imagine something like:
100 copper = 1 silver
100 silver = 1 gold
is there a lore reason as to why caps are used on the east coast? like ik that in fallout 1 caps are used as standard currency bc they were backed in water in Hub but why does the east coast use caps? expecially since there's very little (if any) stated commerce between coasts and by the time of the east coast games caps are starting to fall out (pun intended) of use on the west coast.
