When I read your latest bean fic the summary and the title gave me like vibes like oh-they-gonna-go-to-the-beach-see-a-boat-and-want-to-buy-one and I was gonna be like “It’d be really cool if this series continues with them buying a boat” so I was pleasantly surprised when I actually read the whole fic and it was about them actually buying a boat and I was like “awww” and “woahhh..my vibes were right BRUH !”

Lofty likes to *think* he keeps things purely professional, but he has a soft spot for Willy's kid(s). And by that, I mean he is less of a curmudgeon to them. He acts like he simply tolerates them but is secretly rather fond of them.

Now the gears are turning. Perhaps a Bean and Lofty story? I'm thinking Willy has to take a business call, so he asks Lofty to keep an eye on Bean. Chaos ensues. Y'all let me know if you want to see this!

I bet when Willy goes back out to sea for a month every year, he schedules the trip to take place during Noodle’s summer vacation.

He always gets Dorothy’s permission to take Noodle along with him, because Dorothy knows that Willy loves Noodle as if she were his blood, and Dorothy trusts that he will protect Noodle from anything.

However, during their travels, Noodle does her share of protecting Willy when they get into zany situations. Noodle is delighted to meet Willy’s old crew, and to see the world after being imprisoned in the laundry for almost her entire life. ❤️

Wouldn't it be a shame if Bean became a dentist when he grows up?

I think Willy would be proud of him all the same because it meant Bean went to school and had opportunities he never did.
