New Kintype Just Dropped: Human But Slightly To The Left

new kintype just dropped: human but slightly to the left

You joke but I hear there actually is a term for this (things like Neanderthal-identifying people, for instance, is where I believe I first heard of it) in French alterhuman communities, "otherhuman" - @professional-jaywalker would you mind if I pinged you to talk about that a bit, since you're the one who introduced me to it?

(I would argue that it can probably also fall into otherkin, therian, or generic "alterhuman" as you please, but it's interesting that the term exists :P)

I hope that me being weird as an adult gives weird kids the comfort that they're going to be alright.

fun mole facts to pique your interest

can smell in stereo (nostrils smell separately)

solitary (except for star nosed moles)

male are called boars and females sows (like pigs) but babies are called pups

a group of them is called a labour

have poison in their saliva that can paralyse worms and insects

will store food in 'larders' so they can snack later

more oxygen in their blood (helps breathing underground)

not rodents

are good for soil health (their tunnelling aerates and fertilised soil), don't be mean to them :(
