It's Like How He's Lying And Saying "Earth Means Nothing To Me". He's Such A Liar. I Think He Liked Having
It's like how he's lying and saying "Earth means nothing to me". He's such a liar. I think he liked having someone who actually loved him HHYSYJ Like brooo you wanna rule this dimension??? Using Sun as a compass??? That's an odd way to say father-son bonding time. Just admit you miss your first born after kicking him out of the house.
He looks at Moon too and it like "EW HENRY EMiLy MADE Your CURRENT BODY" "SICKENING" I remember when Creator used to be semi-quasi proud of Moon cause at least he was smart like papa.
He's also giving up on Lunar?? Cause now he has Sun???
Also Solar is back now, (I'm just binge watching today LOL) he's so cute now I didn't know he could be so adorable.
Sun bought him boots and now he's spending time with Jack and Dazzle (Dazzle doesn't like him). My SolarxSun shipping sense are tingling so hard with current eps.
EAPS Moon is like the funniest sounding goober ever. No one warned me he would sound like THAT.
watched more TSAMS, LAES, and EAPS!
TLDR - "Sun's true purpose in VR" WoAGHH AAAA Daycare got ruined while Moon was away. Goliath's taunts of "You're coming with me then we'll be a new family brother" AAAA AAAAA So mentally unwell at Creator physically showing up to coerce Sun. Also Sun doing everything in his power to defend and run away but still keep the daycare in tact. MY BOY It's interesting how creator's truest moments seem to come out around Sun the most but maybe it's just me.
I'm actually super interested in Goliath now because he seems to have some sentience in how he could taunt Sun but he's also legit just probably not going to be able to defy and leave the creator. I also like his concept where the more you break him the stronger he gets. TLDR - "Taurus INTERROGATES Sun and Moon in VR!" Taurus meeting Sun and Moon "You are literally bathed in Energy." Looks at Sun "You smell good."
I wonder how Sun looks to Astrals and if Lunar sees him differently?
Also Taurus "Sun you're alright, what you did to the Eclipse with the star was something we all approved of and liked. You taught that crazy Moon guy tho so now I should kill you. Moon you made the star and I should kill you for that too." Moon "But what if you didn't?" Taurus "You've convinced me."
I also noticed when Taurus left Sun had the same deep breath pressure reaction that Lunar did when Taurus also left him. LMAO.
I also can't get over how Astral's in general have very animalistic moments, like they literally vibe check on smell. Can't forget how Lunar gagged at the smell of NSP.
I also love how the meeting with Lunar and Taurus went. Lunar was scared but stood his ground, and Taurus calling him Puck!
Puck is supposed to be a fairy or demon of mischief and honestly I see it as a very affectionate nickname but also can hold connotation where Taurus is waiting to see Lunar's "True Nature"
Will Lunar be a demon or a fairy in his eyes? Good stuff.
TLDR - "Eclipse and Puppet meet the NEW SUN in vr!" omigodddd I love Sun....Omigoddddd What's the new Sun's nickname he's such a cutie. his "NO NOOOO" at the lights being almost turned off and then "BAD BAD" at Puppet making the certain shape with the barrels.
Sun "I had the genius idea to tape the light switch!"
He's literally a baby!!!
Sun "It uhhh...hurts to turn into the Moon thing...heh heeh..." Sad hee hees
The entire bit where Puppet wanted to shut down this kids crush on her husband was so funny omigoddd.
Eclipse's growl at the end was so funny "I need to shut off Sun and meet this world's Moon...I wonder how smart he is..." I kind of theorize he's gonna be like a sweetie pie but we'll see.

Lunar and Nexus vs Lunar and Old Moon
just wanted to get some thoughts out.
Lunar and Nexus It was bugging me for the longest time why Lunar said "Me and Moon (IE new Moon/Nexus) weren't that close." How were they not close? They were always on screen! They spent time together! They got to know each other. Then I realized. They were in fact not close. They barely interacted. The most interaction was when Lunar was fighting with him over Jack. Or when Lunar asked him to look more into Dazzle...which New Moon proceeded to put that on the back burner for the most part.
They were on screen a lot but never really bonded. When N.Moon was buying a house, at first I thought he was unintentionally excluding Earth and Lunar...but now it seems a tad more intentional? From N.Moon's perspective, I never really thought about it, but when he woke up he was greeted by Sun and Earth. They were the first people he met and basically became his entire world due to Eclipse showing up and making everyone hate them. He got extremely dependent on Sun and spent a lot of time with Earth. Never was interested in getting to know Monty much etc etc. Then BAM this little guy shows up and he's kinda funky with it and now Earth and Sun's attention are away from him. I think N.Moon was flat out jealous of Lunar. Lunar came back and basically everyone seemed to like and accept him. Sun even went out of his way to ask Earth to spend time with and help Lunar. Plus, Lunar already had a strong established bond with others. He talked to Monty easily. He came in and stole Earth away. Sun even started moving away from N.M. to spend time with Lunar too.
Then after buying a house he found out Lunar and Earth needed a place to stay but for some reason wasn't offering? Lunar made multiple statements he didn't want to live alone. So instead of offering his and Sun's space he instead asked Solar to build Jack to protect Lunar and so he wouldn't be alone.
Asking for Jack to be built was always so interesting to me because it kind of gave the vibes of 'pushing it onto something else'. N.M. cared but it seemed almost like he didn't want to be personally involved in keeping Lunar safe/company. Going off of vibes N.M. seemed to see Lunar as a responsibility that carried from Old Moon but never tried being that close to him. It seems they didn't find common ground.
Which is really funny to me, because N.M/Nexus was dabbling in Star Power stuff quite a bit but never once talked to Lunar regarding it.
Now that he's Nexus, he seems to hold an especially strong animosity towards Lunar and I think it's just his own hidden jealousy coming out. In a way he was the baby, Earth treated him as such and they got close. Sun had a habit of bringing of Old Moon and subconsciously comparing both of them but they still had an inseparable bond where Sun took care of Nexus. Lunar took his position as the baby. They stopped holding Nexus' hand in favor of holding Lunar's hand.
On top of that, Lunar had so much main character energy going on. He was coddled and treated special. Nexus probably was pretty jealous about that too. Lunar even had a special bond with Solar like him.
Does he hate Lunar? I don't think so, but I think there's probably some sibling jealousy going on.
Lunar and Old Moon
Old Moon just adores Lunar. It's literally night and day between him and NM. One of the first things he did was Move him and Sun out of the old house and in the process he made sure to find a place just for Lunar too.
The house he bought literally has a pre-installed blanket fort. Fairy lights and all.
While he doesn't want to be involved in Star Power he does check in with Lunar a lot. He's got a lot to catch up on but he's taking time to learn it all. Looking back to how they met and how fast they seemed to snap together, I think O.M. truly wanted a brother he could treasure. We know he still feels a lot of guilt and regret over hurting Sun so much. Lunar and Sun are both compared a lot. Them being so similar I think is part of why O.M. wanted to adopt Lunar as a lil bro so fast. Lunar, this is all my interpretation, in a way was a restart for O.M. He had a brother he could now dote on and love and not hurt. Someone who doesn't have any prior history of him harming them. Plus, O.M. does like to help people on occasion. Saving Lunar from Eclipse is like his own personal 'do over'. He wished he could have saved Sun from himself and by helping Lunar, that in itself is its own wish fulfillment.
He has said on many occasions he is Eclipse.
I've always seen Old Moon's kindness towards Lunar as its own small form of redemption. Again, he holds a lot of guilt so a lot of his own actions, even his kindness, is usually motivated from his persecution/guilt complex.
I'm still catching up on the show so I haven't seen a ton of Lunar and O.M. interactions but I do think he cares a lot Lunar still. He goes to bat for him at silly moments. Like when they were finding the odd smell in Lunar's room, he told Sun it was normal for Lunar to have a palette of Nutella.
He pays attention to what Lunar likes and his favorite foods.
There's also the added factor Lunar does understand O.M a lot too. They shared a headspace and Lunar got very close to him. He's on many occasions talked about how close they've gotten because of that experience. They both also share the same fears and both have sweet tooths.
He's a very sweet big brother. He literally bought the kid a bean bag factory. I'm waiting to see what the future has in store for the both of them.
The meme of Servant Sun having immortality as a curse is so based actually. I'm here for this.
I love this AU so much I don't know why but I imagine a council of Moons forming just to try and find their various missing Sun's and it is like polar opposites. The Sun's are like the mean girl clique but they all actually like each other meanwhile the Moons all keep self sabotaging like team rocket because it's Moons. Even with a common goal they would not be competent. Suns however, on the surface seem like they don't get along but they're all so competent and basically don't even need to use words.
Dark Sun, Sun, SunBOT, Servant Sun gets trapped into something dangerous.
Dark Sun: Listen here! I am not pulling anything right now! But you need to listen to me if you want all of us to get out of here alive!!
Sun: O--Okay...?
Dark Sun: Pretty as usual Sun. Good. Okay. Now SunBOT!
SunBOT: Yes, Mr!!
Dark Sun: Scream like a little girl for me!!
(*SunBOT screams and runs like a headless chicken around the enemies.*)
Dark Sun: Servant!
Servant Sun: (*have passed the anxious phase, right now just tired and done with Dark Sun's crap.) : What?
Dark Sun: Prepare to sacrifice yourself! Remember Servant, just because your bones are broken, doesn't mean they wouldn't stop these enemies from hitting me! Now get out of there!!!
Servant Sun: I don't think I agree with that--- (*get pushed into the monster's mouth, screaming!!!*)
Dark Sun: Shut up, Meat shell! And Sun, here is the most important task!
Sun: Wh-- okay????
Dark Sun: Give me a shoulder rub! Oh yeah... My shoulder has been stiff for a week now.
Now, with my lead, we will get through of this madness, alive.
Well expect Servant, he can die all I care.
Servant Sun: (*Crawling from the enemy's corpse*) Honestly, fuck you too.
I shall draw Sun friend!
😂😂😂
@kittysimp-daycareauart
So, I recently re-watched the episode of Sun and Moon first meeting with each other and was inspired to make this angsty sketch! (WIP)

I think I did Sun's facial expression and posing really well.
And while we're talking about Sun, I am adoring all Sun angst we've been getting lately. Love character development. I'm actually working on some pieces about D! Sun and Sun and Nexus and Sun.
It's honestly crazy that Sun hasn't fully snapped himself with all the trauma he's gone through! And I'm really curious what D! Sun has in plan for Sun. It's hard to tell if D! Sun really just plans to use Sun in some way or wants Sun to join him for some reason. Who knows! Guess we'll wait to see, but if any of you have any theories, please share! And bro, Nexus really thought he was about to snatch Sun with no problem. Like, no! Sun, at this point, is the one no one person gets to just touch. Nexus should have used a little more critical thinking than that.
Yeah 😭😭😭
He wanted the attention! I never really thought about him keeping Sun and Solar from interacting too much but it kind of does make sense. Like "they'll get along like a house on fire then they won't talk to me anymore"
I really think the simulation with blood Solar wasn't accurate because it really downplays Nexus feelings for everyone. I think coming home to a broken Sun would have gone so differently then what the simulation showed.
Nexus' entire world was dependant on Sun and to me it's obvious when you look at how they were. Everytime, Nexus passed out because of something Sun was always there for him. He bought Sun a house. Sun made dinner every day for them. (No one realizes how much WORK cooking everyday is. Sun doesn't cook for old Moon) Nexus even went out of his way to tease Sun just so he could get more of his attention.
Then Lunar came in and took a lot of that attention 😂😂😂
I also think he really doesn't like Monty.

I've been waiting until my lunch break to yap more
But like!!! You get me!!! You see my vision!!!!
I think Nexus and especially Eclipse V1 have SO MANY story parallels at the moment.
Eclipse V1 was established as an error and mistake caused by OM running from his problems and inadvertently harming Sun by accidentally trapping Eclipse. Which also harmed Eclipse. So he lashed out and became a big bag which ultimately tripped Sun and Moon in their own heads. The entire conflict between them ends with OM forcing Sun's hand to use magic to permanently cast Eclipse away and hopefully killing him.
Still can't get over how Eclipse begged Sun not to and Sun actually did hesitate despite having his own attempts at reaching out to Eclipse brushed away. He had a lot of sympathy and at the very last moment he didn't want to kill Eclipse. That was the only option given to him at the moment and it actually didn't fix anything.
Basically a round two from then was started and what causes Sun to spiral etc etc. we all know what happened there.
But in my eyes I just see a repeat of history.
Nexus/new Moon was created by OM actions of once again running away from his problems. His actions once again harmed Sun and New Moon. When New Moon was at his lowest and reached out to the only person who might be able to help him he was given an answer that actively made him spiral worst and was straight up told to die. (Again you and most ppl already know all this hdfhh sorry for redundancy) And it caused him to act out and go off on his own etc etc.
Like Eclipse V1, Nexus is being made out to be this big bag guy because he made people feel intimidated and said some messed up stuff.
Another thing to point out. Eclipse V1 only killed once but was blamed actively for July 16th (he is partially responsible but he never killed those kids) similarly to how Nexus is being blamed for BloodMoon's death along with Earth's burns (Puppet implies that it's Nexus' fault that her hand and was forced)
So now we have the same set up again, a big bad that's somehow irredeemable despite showing signs and clear evidence he's not fully evil and can be redeemed.
I think it'd be neat if Sun has to once again face the consequences of OMs actions. (Similarly how he's also partially responsible for Eclipse V1 and Nexus own complexes...)
Once again Sun will have his hands forced to deal with a threat to himself and his family.
And he'll have to do it with a power he's not familiar with (the first time was magic he had no idea about and this time it'll probably be through NSP).
The big difference, when the chance is made and Nexus, like Eclipse V1 was, is beat down and Sun has the opportunity for the death blow. I think he'll stop. Not just hesitate, but actively choose not to kill Nexus.
Sun knows where it gets him when he kills threats. He's not a static character and I think he's grown and changed so much since Eclipse V1 and we know he actively regrets what happened to Eclipse and even BloodMoon (I'm so proud he forgave himself and moved on but that doesn't stop the regret)
Plus I know out of everyone he still loves Nexus.
Any ways this bled into my last break I hope you enjoy my crackpot rambles.
Join me next time I explain where I think Eclipse V1 ended up-
I'm sorry but "MY BEAUTIFUL PRINCESS WITH A DISORDER<3" really made my day and I needed you to know
🤣🤣🤣
I can't believe Nexus is bullying peepaw war criminal.
Do you think Nexus is going to be stopped by big bro Sun or do you think the lil guy is going beyond the point of no return?
(Please talk about baby cringe Lord Nexus, I want to hear about your blorbo 🙏)
That's because Nexus IS my beautiful princess with a disorder, I'll have you know <3 they're diseased but it's okay I can give them their tetanus and flu shots and it'll all be better I GOT THIS
But. ahem, okay, blorbo yapping time. I'm not even gonna say "I'll try to keep this short" because I know it wont end up that way HAHAHAHAHA
"Do you think Nexus is going to be stopped by big bro Sun or do you think the lil guy is going beyond the point of no return?"
I... have absolutely no idea!!!1! (and also it took me an embarrassingly long amount of time to realize peepaw war criminal was Ruin KJDFHSDF)
The most frustrating thing about canon Nexus is how his morals, motivations, and goals seem to see-saw back and forth all the time. at first, he became how he is now due to Solar's death. he spiraled in his grief, identity-issues, and abandonment. but... now his motivation is to become an all powerful god??? while it's most likely that NSP is at play and affecting his thought process, it's... well, it's really hard to take him seriously as a villain because of it, lol. for an audience to enjoy, and even sympathize in some cases, with a villain, their goals and motivations have to be concrete. they have to be relatable, or at least understandable, but Nexus' whole thing is... not, Imho. and I know I'm not the only person who feels this way!!!
I see a lot of people calling Nexus "cringe", and the thing is, when it comes to canon Nexus, they're not really... wrong??? The worst thing Nexus has done so far is make Old Moon see his past victims, which is fucked up of him to do, but.. so far, that's kind of it??? other than that, his "villainy" consists of saying empty threats and cheesy evil one-liners. hell, he was supposed to kidnap Sun yesterday but instead spent the whole episode yapping and venting to him, chasing Sun around in the worlds darkest game of tag before getting some lead right in the face dkfjhsdfsd
Also, notice how he's only targeted Old Moon when it comes to actual physical violence? not Lunar, Earth, Solar, or Sun, but Old Moon? yeah, I did too. we already know that Nexus does everything because he's lashing out, but as of rn the only target he's gotten his hands on physically being O.M...? well. I think it says a lot. cause' yeah, he sure as shit scared the life out of the other Celestials, but he's never put his hands on them!! the only other one of them he harmed physically was Earth- and not only was he not aiming for her, she was just in the way- he felt immediate regret for his actions once in space, and has yet to even see Earth ever since that day.
So, I really have no idea if he's going to be "redeemed" or not. one second he's showing signs he might be, and the next he's falling further down the "pretty badly written villain" rabbit-hole. if he does get something akin to a redemption arc, he'll prolly mostly be accepted in the eyes of the viewers, considering a lot of peeps sympathize or at least understand where he's coming from, but I seriously doubt the other Celestials would take him back. the only one's who might see him as family/a close friend again are Sun and Solar, but even then, nothing would ever be the same.
I hope he gets redeemed, or at least freed from the hold Dark Sun has on him and he's able to live his own life, I really do. at his core, Nexus is a good person. a good person who was crushed under the weight of the shadow of the man he was born under. and we know this because he used to be New Moon. sweet, dorky New Moon.
New Moon, who made inventions like sentient knives and whoopee cushions. New Moon, who had matching My Little Pony stickers with his best friend. New Moon, who bought a whole ass island-luxury-house for Sun because he wanted to make him feel better and give him the proper space to heal. and New Moon- the poor freshly-baked A.I who gave his all to make sure he could do everything that Old Moon could, but it just wasn't enough. he tried and tried and tried, but it wasn't enough.
So yeah, idk if he's getting one in canon, but to me, he more than deserves a good ending, for the life he was given. let him be at peace.
