Sebastian HCs: He is able to unhinge his jaw like a moray eel.
He had 4 eyes and 4 arms, but lost one of each during his time in the Blacksite.
Due to his gills and lungs clashing with each other, his lung capacity, and efficiency of his gills are at 75% of what they should be. It causes him asthmatic like symptoms.
Also because of this, he has sleep apnea, and requires a CPAP machine to sleep properly at night.
He gets nauseous when eating fish.
Occasionally when swimming, he may attract smaller fish who have a symbiotic relationship with him. Eating away dead skin around his hair, and point of fusion between his torso and fish half. In return, they're kept safe.
Has surgery scars all along the bottom of his torso, top surgery scars (trans is based), and various scars from cuts taken during his time in the Blacksite.
Due to him spending so much time under the water, and needing more warmth, he's got some blubber on him, resembling that of slightly plus sized person.
Webbed fingers cuz duh.
Eyes have bioluminescence, and big ass pupils, resembling fish eyes.

Aquatic Ambience 1-shot #4: Eepy time
Sebastian couldn't get a good nights rest when he was still back in the blacksite. A cramped shop with no real bed for him to get comfortable in wasn't exactly the best for sleep. Then he ended up sleeping with you. A real bed, with real blankets, and real cushions to help keep him comfortable. The first night that he got to sleep in that bed, he cried into the blankets you gave him. It was like when you gave him that warm bowl of soup when he first got here. He was shocked, and eagerly ate the entire bowl, and asked for seconds. It had been years since he got to have a warm, homecooked meal. It reminded him of home, of the people who Urbanshade tore him away from. You werent that great of a cook, but to Sebastian, it was more than enough.
Now he was here, having spent nearly a year with you in this lab. He's been helping with research, cooking, cleaning, and keeping up morale. You've fallen head over heels for him, and he's gotten to feel safe and comfortable around you. He used to be afraid of hugs and contact, but now he almost always has you by his side, and he loves your hugs and cuddles in the morning. "...c'mon Sebby, gotta hit the hay, long work day tomorrow." You sleepily tell Sebastian, rubbing your eyes as you motion for him to join you in bed. "Oh- Sorry, just got caught up for a moment-" He apologizes, and quickly moves to join you in bed. Once in bed, his tail wraps around you, pulling you closer to him, as his arms give you a hug as he gets himself comfortable. The light on his head flickers, and quickly fades out as he slowly begins to drift off. You smile, and snuggle into him, feeling the warmth of his scales and the gentle rise and fall of his breath. Tomorrow was going to be a long day, at least you had someone you loved to help you out. "...love you mi alma..." he mumbles sleepily. "...love you too Sebby..." you mumble back, slowly falling asleep as well. __ Mi Alma means "My Soul" in Spanish, which is the most common language spoken in Chile.
