I like to think that Cesar and Mark still keep their friendship on .

Mark has still some conscience and around some people that have some big memories , INFECTED people tend to act more 'normal'.

Wait, in part 1 it said that Jonah didn't notice Mark coughed on his hand. (the latter didn't notice)

Did Mark intentionally infect Jonah?

Like, did he know what he was doing?

Nope . Mark was in stage 1 when that happened , Mark didn't mean to aim at Jonah's hand .
