15. Veil are carnivores and have large mouths full of teeth. There's a pair of arm-like appendages with hooked ends that extend out from the sides of their throat very quickly to snatch prey

16. They have six eyes that can all look in different directions. Each one has two pupils, one for focusing on things up close and the other for far away. They're superior in the dark

This creature need only touch you to turn into you, but can also assume shapes from photos. Stabbing you with it's tail gives it access to your emotions and memories. If it were to turn into a deceased relative, it could learn from a connection how to act like them and even recall past events that they experienced

The Otskösga, so wrongly pronounced 'ot-skrr-ga', is a mysterious alien dubbed the yeti who's rumored to be at least 20 feet tall with long arms and legs, hollow black eyes, and reflective metal skin. It's composition (whether or not it's a machine) remains unknown. It is completely silent, with the exception of its ethereal footfalls, and is notoriously blamed for unnatural events that leave behind glowing radiation and a brand of repeating symbols. The Otskösga is considered to be misplaced. Within the mountains of its home are mechanical ruins with huge vacant spaces where something large once stood.

It's never been caught and it doesn't even leave footprints!

Anoder species, this time: Jikangi

Is a type 1 (means full control over their planet) that doesn't let their lack of arms deter their success. They are part animal, part plant, born from the eggs of their sacred faith tree. They're as big as an ostrich, and as fast as a road runner. 🏃💨

I don't draw birds good but I think I did okay here!

1. Jikangi have beeg eyes. So big, they have about 360 degree vision. Like the chameleon, they don't have to move at once, and can adjust size to make images larger or smaller (this is binocular vision)

2. This is their nose. For an animal that runs a lot, wide nasal passages take in more air than what's necessary to keep them going

3. Boomf. It's their breast. It can inflate to twice it's size to power a sonic blast of sound. They sometimes use it as a defense mechanism, but it's really meant for long distance communication

4. Stronk legs. What? You think they wouldn't be beefy with all that cardio? Those thighs could split melons

5. These are their foots. They don't have long talons but they do have very prehensile toes. These are their hands, in a sense, given the evolved "thumb" on the side, and how good they are at grabbing things

6. A plant part of them that is mainly for decorative expression. They are nerves covered in miniscule hairs that can detect changes in the environment like weather and movement

When Jikangi die, their bodies might produce a large pearly seed. It'll become a new faith tree wherever it's planted, and their remains will be the basis for that generation's DNA

This creature is called an Et'etwi. It's a parasite with a lot of hair and freaky attributes.

1. These are latch fangs, the same you can see on its ovipositor. They help this creature latch onto the flesh so it can inject it's proboscis into them and suck their blood. The inside of its mouth can be seen on the bottom right, as well as it's proboscis and the hollow needle it uses to draw blood. The extra layers of teeth push forward like a silicon funnel to sort of dig in deeper and inject a venom that makes the host docile so they won't react to being eaten

2. Wheeskors! It has a lot of them, and for a species that has no eyes or ears, they're pretty critical for it's survival. They can detect everything with these, including the changes in weather. They also protect the breathing holes on the skin

3. They have only 2 fingers, like a claw

4. This is their ovipositor. Refer to the anatomy graph on the top left to get a more in-depth understanding of how it works. The eggs are produced in the creature's lymph nodes. They all connect to the egg tube from the tailbone. The eggs pass through the egg tube and through the egg sac thingies, where they're finally pushed through the hollow deposit fangs and into their host. These tubes will burrow into the host's bloodstream when dispersing eggs and when the eggs hatch they'll burst out of their pelvis

5. Yeah, their feet are kind of weird. This species tends to run on all fours, but occasionally walks upright, so three toes seemed necessary, y'know, for balance

Et'etwi feed on cattle and usually leave actual people alone. I know you wanna pet it, but just.. don't?
