We are forced to live in a system that steals from us daily, Kill snitch culture.

Personally I also have issues with if my body is feeling hot/cold and knowing when I need to pee.

But since my muscles at my bladder are like super strong, I can just spend 20 hours straight without peeing 'cause I didn't think of physically pushing on my belly to check if I can feel my bladder or not.

I do that all the time and am always worried about what the person would think.

I don't have enough posts to see that happening to me yet. Though I'll be filled with such joy if I see that I entertained someone for at least a few minutes.
