Im A Baby Carat And It Really Warms My Heart So See Someone Love Them So Deeply I Know I Probably Just
Im a baby carat and it really warms my heart so see someone love them so deeply β€οΈ I know I probably just spammed your with all my likes (sorry not sorry) but scrolling through you account just makes me fall deeper for svt and I adore yo(u) for it >3< (yes I think I'm so clever Im really not LOL) here's to more years of seventeen!!! ππ
ALSO ASIDE FROM THAT who is your bias & what is your fav era/album/song?? I'm still trying to work through 9 years of discography (pains of being a 2024 carat π) and I wanted to know if there are like ICONIC tracks that may be older (since I'm going from most current to oldest) that I need to listen to immediately before all else?
thank you again for being so loving π«Ά
Oh, I definitely noticed your activity, lmaoo ππ€£. I was so surprised because my phone started blowing up on a random Wednesday evening ππ₯Ή. But thank you!! π©·π©΅ππ
Thank you for noticing my love for Seventeen!! I mean, it's pretty obvious, but I love that Carats (new and old) can feel the love that I have for Seventeen because I seriously love them so much. They have become an irreplaceable part of my life, and I don't think I have truly loved anything or anyone as much as them ππ.
I adore (yo)u too (you are clever, girl ππ)!!!! I'm glad that my posts made you fall in love more with Seventeen π©·π©΅! I hope you stick around π because my love for them is only growing, and I'm gonna post a LOT more!
My bias is Dino!! But I get biased wrecked every 2 mins, so I say I'm OT13 while being Dino biased, lmfaoo ππ. It's really hard to pick a bias in Seventeen, goddamit!! Though, Dino definitely has a special place in my heart π! He became my bias during Hot era, and he has remained my bias since! (Please tell me who's yours when you read this!)
My favourite song...hmmm, I'll have to say I don't have one ππ. Whenever I pick a favourite song, another song happens to catch my attention π. It's literally impossible for me to pick a favourite song. But if I talk about my favourite song rn, I'll say it's March from the Face The Sun album (if we're talking sub-unit songs, it will definitely be Last Night by JxW!) But that's gonna change pretty soon π.
My favourite era is again something I can't pick. Look, it's not my fault that they always outdo themselves, okay ππ? But my faves are Attaca era (Rock With You), FML era (Super and FML), 17 Is Right Here era (Maestro), An Ode era (Fear & Hit), Teen Age era (Clap), Semi;Colon era (Home;Run), Director's Cut era (Thanks), etc. I literally just named all their eras lmaoo ππ. But as you can see, I can't pick. But you can check out any song or album I just named.
My favourite album is something I can answer, thankfully. I have a lot, though, so bare with me π π₯Ή. My favourites are Going Seventeen, Teen Age, Heng:garae, Semi;Colon, Face The Sun, Sector 17, Seventeenth Heaven, Attaca, and FML. Again, I named almost every album lmaoo. But I recommend starting with Going Seventeen and making your way up. They have a lot of good music so you won't be disappointed even by their oldest albums!
Iconic tracks you NEED to listen to would be Fear (a classic), Mansae (another classic and a banger), Highlight (I might be saying this because I'm a performance unit girlie but that song is genuinely amazing), Clap (that song is so iconic omg), Don't Wanna Cry (that song is a masterpiece), Home;Run (the song that drew my interest to Seventeen!), Hot (honestly, just check out the whole album because it's amazing. It was also my first album as a Carat), Thanks (another classic, that song is beautiful), and then you can go in order (either oldest to newest or vice versa!).
Again, thank you for reaching out to me, and I was SO happy to help (though I don't think I was of any help, lmaoo π). Hopefully, you grow to love Seventeen just as much as I do, and I hope they become a big part of your life, too. I swear, life after "slipping into the diamond life" is so much better π©·π©΅π ! I recommend going through their content such as Going Seventeen (the variety show, not the album) to get to know them better!
Please continue to reach out to me if you have any questions about Seventeen or if you just wanna fangirl, lmaoo! I'm always open to new Carat friends (I'm in desperate need of them π ). Once again, thank you for reaching out, and thank you for liking my blog!!

I love men with big armsπ

Okay, the Last Night mv by JxW was wild...and here's what I understood of it:
Jeonghan is a person who imprisons people in their dreams. He does this by making their deepest desires come true while they sleep, making them never want to wake up. In reality, he's searching for his lover, whom he has lost, in other people's dreams. He travels through people's dreams, making them remember him as "This Man." He does this because he fears that he would forget his lover and lose them forever. So when we think about it, Jeonghan isn't exactly evil, just lost. But the more he does this, the fuzzier his memories of his lover get. His memories are slowly getting covered by a "white sheet," as we can see in the mv. Wonwoo is a person who wakes these people up from their idealistic dreams to reality. Originally, he's just there, watching people live their lives. But when people start talking about "This Man," he realises he needs to stop whoever's doing this. This is why he's searching for Jeonghan to try and stop him from doing what he's doing. Throughout the mv, we can see that Wonwoo slowly realises why Jeonghan's doing all this in the first place. Therefore, Wonwoo's original thoughts on Jeonghan eventually change. Meanwhile, Jeonghan's memories get even fuzzier, and in desperation, he traps the entire city in dreamland. After Jeonghan puts the city to sleep, Wonwoo's able to find him. There, Jeonghan surrenders, tired by the burden of trying to find his lover. So, Wonwoo erases Jeonghan's memories while bringing the city back to reality. At the end of the mv, from the lemonade, we can take away that even though Jeonghan doesn't remember what happened, he can still remember Wonwoo helping him. However, Wonwoo's the only person with his memories intact.

Omfg, Lollapalooza 2024 with Seventeen was fucking insane. Like, I thought they outdid themselves with Glastonbury in front of a crowd that didn't even know them, but damn! Thinking that it's possible for Seventeen to peak when they just keep growing bigger and bigger is always a mistake, lmao π.
First of all, the setlist was absolute perfection. Once again, what did the Germans do to deserve the leader line comeback?? WHY AM I NOT PART OF THAT CROWD?! π But besides that, the setlist was so amazing, I can't believe they managed to perform 19 songs in the span of 90 mins. Seventeen, you never fail to amaze me.
And the crowd?! Carats in Lollapalooza were wild af! The cheers during Dino's part in Spell literally made my dinonara heart so happy! I also loved how much love the audience gave to Jeonghan (since this is his last performance π₯Ί). The members loved the crowd so much as well, and honestly, the crowd deserved it. Seventeen, Europe tour...when? π
But... yeah. Lollapalooza was insane, as expected. Seventeen just keep getting better and better, and it makes me so happy as a fan because I know they're always gonna grow. I can't wait for the day I get to see them live. But till then, I love you, Seventeen, and I always will. Till the last "say the name." π©·π©΅
OKOK random question I remembered I wanted to ask; branching off of the "which was your favorite era" question: which album had your favorite photoshoots/concepts/outfits??? π€© idk if you're an album collector but personally for me, since I can't use my usual metric of "do I like the soundtrack" to buy albums for svt (read: all of their albums are bangers.), i instead use my second metric: HOW MUCH DO I LIKE THE PHOTOSHOOT β¨π so i'm always interested in seeing what kind of photoshoots/concepts appeal to others!!! esp. since i'm not done with researching all the eras ππ
Okayyy this is difficult ππ. But one of my favourite concepts was the Attaca concept. Like, it was so perfect to me. I also love the Face The Sun photoshoots! Oh, and FML was an amazing era for concepts as well, at least to me. Home;Run was also basically perfect, like it captivated my attention from the start! The 17 Is Right Here Dear Version is everyone's favourite, though π . The photoshoot for that, damnnn bro! Call Call Call and the biker concept was also amazing, especially for a Japanese debut!
I'm not really an album collector, I prefer streaming the music online! What about you?
Hiii just curious if you've read the This Man audiobook already if yes what are your thoughts? Just curious because your Last Night opinions were really interesting!!\β (β ΰΉβ βΉβ β‘β βΉβ ΰΉβ )β οΎ
Oh, yeah! I definitely listened to the This Man audiobook! My first thought was literally, "My predictions were mostly correct, lmao!" But I just love how intricate the story of This Man was. I really want some kind of movie made out of this too because the story is just THAT GOOD!
I honestly loved the connection between Wonwoo and Jeonghan's characters. How Wonwoo literally travels through the real world and the dream world to save Jeonghan from a hell he created himself. I love how Jeonghan's character is really portrayed to just be lost and hurt, a person who needs saving, instead of a villain. And I love how Wonwoo's character might seem like a villain, but he's really just saving people and making them have an ACTUAL good life. I related to him a lot in the audiobook.
Overall, I loved the amount of work and effort put into this concept, and I feel like it really suits Jeonghan and Wonwoo. Now I want more, lol! (Maybe they could do Greek mythology next time...?) Please feel free to share your thoughts as well! π©·π©΅
