I thought exactly the same, I was very excited for it. The cinematography looks very promising, but the writting... It's so lacking... Isk, we'll have to wait and see
This Enola Holmes movie exudes “I’m not like other girls” and I hate it. Is it that hard to make a decent lead female character without making it so obvious that she’s unique? The lack of subtlety in these types of movies is just atrocious... Trying so hard to make her different strips away her relatability, not to mention her likability. We don’t need it shoved down our throats that she’s different, maybe show it to us naturally?? It’s seriously a waste of the many possibilities that a lead female character can have.
“Unlike most well-bred ladies” Stfu!! This is the worst type of lazy writing, and it treats the audience like an idiot. We don’t need you to tell us that you’re different. Good writing can show it to us. 😐
Warning:
If you see a girl with her hair in her eyes and you look her in the eye and gently push the hair off her face... I WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH YOU DON'T TRY ME I DO NOT RECOMMEND
Not the doubt came in anyways yall😭
Good morninf/day/night to anyone who sees this beautiful sculpture representing the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice
Look at how he covering his eyes to keep himself from looking🥺
Mentally I'm in a big ass library with huge windows leading to a beautiful garden wearing a wavy dress and reading next to the window and every paragraph or so I look outside to see if my girlfriend is here yet. Physically online classes are apparently still there.
