Ooo, this gives me vibes similar to Jimmy accidentally killing Lizzie in Secret Life. I like this, there could be bribes for info on what color someone's on. Because at least one person would definitely attempt to rack up all the lives without anyone noticing.

I do wonder how the Boogeyman would work, since iirc the boogey can't kill reds. Would there be a punishment for accidentally killing a red? Who knows? And because the number of lives is hidden, it would be a lot harder to tell whether it was a boogey kill or not, and thus whether the Boogeyman is active or not becoming unclear, especially during the later half of the game.

Maybe you could call it Hidden Life? There's also Veiled Life, which I personally really like! No idea who would win though, though that's probably because I'm listening to music and it's taking up half my attention span, so.

Like last life you'd be given a number of lives at the beginning BUT nobody knows who is on what life.

Maybe yellows could know the greens but not other yellows or reds, reds would know yellows and nothing else.

But I think it's funny to imagine killing someone and poof they're out the series!
