People Need To Stop With The Victim Blaming. Its Always SA Is Bad Until Its Someone You Dont Like Or
People need to stop with the victim blaming. It’s always “SA is bad” until it’s someone you don’t like or to someone that isn’t conventionally attractive. Those that blame the victim, defend the perpetrator in some way or make it seem like a good thing are equally as sick and disgusting as the actual perpetrators. I don’t care if it’s fictional or otherwise. Grow the hell up.
Men can and are SAed, it is not just women. Little girls AND boys get SAed. I’ve seen posts of men talking about their experiences and how their fathers, uncles, friends and sometimes even teachers play it off as if that was good for them. Where they explained how they were told by people things like “were they hot?” “Good job” and more. It’s literally sickening. Oh and don’t get me started on how it’s always “well what were you wearing?” To anyone that’s been SAed. It doesn’t matter. It is not the victims fault. It is the perpetrators fault. They need to control themselves no matter what gender they are. You could literally look like a homeless person and be a victim. You could be wearing a hoodie and sweatpants and be a victim. They don’t care what you’re wearing they just do what they want to you because they’re sick in the head like that. They don’t care.
I am tired of this. It doesn’t matter if it’s a fictional character you’re talking about. That character’s trauma should not be dismissed. “Why? They’re just a fictional character they’re not real” ok and? People relate to characters. Dismissing one character’s trauma just because you don’t like them or they’re not conventionally attractive or they’re poor, or anything about them that you deem makes them lower, is horrible. If you dismiss one character’s trauma just for that you could be dismissing a real person’s trauma that is the same/similar to what that character went through and that is NOT ok.
Do not dismiss anyone’s trauma. Real person or fictional. You might not think it was that bad but YOU DID NOT EXPERIENCE IT YOURSELF. Everyone experiences and process things differently. Something that seems normal to you could be a traumatic experience for another person. Do not dismiss others trauma.

I would be embarrassed too if I had a mean teacher rep😭✊🏻
So you know how Snape gets mad when he sees Harry peeking through at him and Filch

And Harry immediately assumes it was because Snape's up to evil and got busted for it (although it's more than likely it was actually because Harry wasn't supposed to see this at all)
Well, I have a lil theory about the actual reason he got mad
See this:

This is what Snape was saying before he sees Harry.
So I present to you my theory:
Snape was actually just embarrassed because Harry caught him whinging like a twelve year old in his natural Severus voice and not the Professor Snape voice.
Perfect representation of Dumbledore and Severus.
Something about Dumbledore being so hard on Snape
Dumbledore being scornful of Snape even when Snape was on his knees
Dumbledore emphasising that Snape made a mistake and must pay for it
Dumbledore who kept reminding Snape of his mistake even when he was grieving Lily
Dumbledore who didn't just let Snape change sides, he needed Snape to change his heart
Dumbledore who made the same mistakes as Snape and has been living in guilt ever since
Dumbledore who realised Snape was following in his footsteps
Dumbledore who may have started out thinking of Snape as cowardly or selfish but soon grew to trust him
Dumbledore who gave Snape half truths because if worst came to worst then Voldemort would have all the information right on his arm
Dumbledore who trusted Snape enough to not lie to him about the fact that he wasn't telling him everything even though he knew Snape resented it
Dumbledore who trusted Snape so much he knew that even if Snape resented him he would not betray him
Dumbledore who left everything he worked for in Snape's hands knowing it would be safe
Dumbledore who asked Snape to be the one to kill him, not just to save Draco's soul but for his own aake
Dumbledore who chose to die but only at the hands of someone he had grown to love
Dumbledore who once saw Snape as a desperate selfish boy that disgusted him
Dumbledore who made Snape his heir
Dumbledore who made Snape his.
