Mine is always telling me I haven't done enough, haven't accomplished enough, am not enough, didn't do it perfect enough, No matter how much I do accomplish, it will never be enough, there will always be more I should have done... which is why I don't talk to them anymore, each time was a giant affirmation that those things were true about me. Now if only I could cut them out of my head too...
