I genuinely do think he has a hard time balancing his fem and masc energy. Being outwardly masc is meant to be comfortable for him but not being able to properly balance the fem energy leads to him overcompensating the masculinity. Cancer moon men are in-tuned and connected to their sensitive, empathetic, and "feminine" side however if they have placements that conflict that it can lead to restriction and suppression of it. Sungchan is more on the sensitive side and more likely to cry things out but his other placements dealing with identity + communication hint on him being overprotective of his ego leading to having a hard time expressing himself.
