Hii!! I Love Your Fics So Much. I Was Hoping It Isnt Too Late To Request A Fluffmas Fic With Melissa

...

You were a lot like Jacob. Not in the way that you were incredibly corny or attempted to use the language of your students as a way to relate to them, but rather in your opinions on the holidays. The holidays never meant more to you than family chaos and winter depression, and that idea had been ingrained into your head since the day you first saw the light of the world.

You enjoyed the lights and songs, they were always beautiful in your eyes, but the beauty they brought was always overshadowed by the pain and depression that Christmas and everything around it brought. Whenever people asked why you were a Grinch, you'd just say that 'Christmas was a commercialized holiday with traditions taken from Pagan rituals who were later demonized for those same things'. You tried to find so many things wrong with Christmas so you didn't have to admit that your family was the reason you never enjoyed the holidays. However, once you had moved to Philidelphia and started as a teacher at Abbott Elementary, you quickly realized that almost everyone felt the exact opposite about the quote-on-quote "Most Magical Time of the Year".

Janine was always chipper, so the Christmas spirit was bound to flow into her like the snow into the hand turkey's she used to prevent it from entering the classroom. Barbara was a devout Christian, meaning Christmas meant a lot to her along with it being her favorite holiday of the year. Ava loved the sexy Santa dresses and the incredibly suggestive songs played throughout December (and let's be honest, half of November if you went to any retail store). Gregory was neutral, as he always was, but he liked the movies. Jacob was just like you when it came to this whole season of magic and love and for roughly the same reasons. Melissa, well she adored the holiday season, even if she didn't show it. The only way you found out about the redhead's adoration for Christmas was after you began dating her.

She explained everything to you, her holiday party with Barbara, her dinner with her family, the special things she did with her students, and so many more things that left you completely shocked.

You simply didn't understand, and you wondered how someone could love a season filled with nothing but depression and fighting. It didn't make sense when everyone around you was talking about their holiday plans with family and they seemed excited.

So, when you were sitting in the teachers' lounge a couple of days before winter break, you were unusually silent as you sat next to your girlfriend.

"So, Y/n, what are you doing for the holidays?" Janine asked with her usual bright smile.

You hummed, looking up from your barely-drank coffee with tired eyes.

"I'm not doing anything, I'm gonna stay home," You muttered.

"You're not coming over for dinner hon?" Melissa perked up, her neutral expression into one of concern.

"No, I'm not one for all the family stuff..." You replied, looking down at the beverage in your hand, your focus going towards the patterns made by the creamer on the top.

"But Christmas is time to be with friends and family!" Janine tried to protest, only to be shot a scolding look by Barbara.

"If they don't want to do that, then they don't have to," Barbara spoke. "But, dear, are you alright? You have been down these past few days,"

"And I've said I'm fine," You rolled your eyes, missing the sharp and quizzical look your girlfriend was sending you.

"Can we just talk about literally anything else?" You sighed, mustering up the energy to take a sip of your drink.

"Yeah, I agree," Jacob said before talking about some sort of new movie coming out.

But Melissa wasn't about to let this go. She was fine with you not coming for dinner, but she wasn't fine with you being miserable.

"Babe, can you tell me what is going on with you?" Melissa asked gently, placing her hand on your thigh while her other held the steering wheel.

You weren't technically living together, as you still had your place, but you preferred to be at your girlfriend's house rather than your little apartment, after all, it didn't feel like home there anymore.

"I..." You began, looking out the window to see all the passing trees and cars. "I don't know,"

"You're never like this. I'm not mad at you at all. I'm just concerned," Your girlfriend squeezed your thigh softly to reassure you.

"...Look, my family just fought a lot during the holidays, so I don't like it that much," You confessed, leaning your head against the cold glass.

"Oh," The woman next to you spoke, her eyes focused on the road while her brain tried to comfort you in the best way possible. "I understand that, but there's so much more to the holidays than fighting,"

"I just...I just don't believe you, I want to, but I can't," You replied.

There was silence in the car for a couple of minutes as Melissa thought deeply, finally speaking up after an idea came to mind.

"How about I show you?"

"What?" You snapped your head to look at her.

"How about I show you that the holidays are enjoyable?" She repeated, clarifying what she had said.

"I-I don't know..."

"Look," Melissa said, parking her car in her driveway before turning to face you. "You give me till the end of the year to prove to you that Christmas is a good time, deal?" She smirked, holding out her hand.

You paused for a moment, staring at her hand with a nervous expression prominent on your face.

"And if you don't convince me?" You asked.

"I'll leave you alone, but there will always be a spot open at the table, so you have nothing to lose," The older woman replied. "Now, do we have a deal?"

You sighed, nodding in defeat before shaking your girlfriend's hand.

"You've got less than two weeks, Mel," You warned her, trying to hide that you were secretly grateful to your partner for caring so much about you.

"It's no problem, I can do it," She winked, kissing your hand, fully aware of your gratitude.

A couple of days later, you were sat by the Christmas tree, holding a simple family photo ornament in your hand, your thumb wiping off the occasional pine needle that had fallen onto it.

"Whatcha doin' hon?" Melissa asked with a smug smile, leaning over your sitting frame, blocking the light from your view and causing you to look up at your redhead girlfriend.

"Just looking at the ornament, are you sure your family doesn't fight?" You sighed, letting go of the decoration and allowing it to rest on the tree branch.

"Except for me and Kristin-Marie, no one does really. Every fight is clearly all in good fun," She assured you.

"So...no one walks out?" You asked.

"No, nobody walks out, cucciola," The woman standing above you chuckled. "Me and Kristin-Marie may not get along that well, but we kinda enjoy all that fighting. After Janine invited her over here, we got back to talking,"

You grimaced at the memory, laughing at how pissed off Melissa was at Janine the day after.

"Alright, I'll believe you, for now," You stood up, kissing her softly.

"You better, 'cause we Schemmenti's are known for our persuasion," She smirked.

You rolled your eyes, laying your head on her shoulder, already feeling your heart softening its harsh feelings towards the holidays.

"Say, do you wanna watch a Christmas movie? You can pick," Melissa asked you, wrapping her arms around you to embrace you tighter.

You nodded.

"I like Miracle on 34th Street, maybe that one?" You blushed, pulling your head from your girlfriend's clavicle.

Melissa smiled softly at your rosy cheeissing you on your temple.

"Of course, hon. You can put it on, and I'll head go make us some hot chocolate?" She suggested, walking into the kitchen and leaving you to prepare the movie.

You nodded, sitting down on her couch (that no longer had plastic thanks to you) and grabbing the remote, typing in the name of the movie.

When Melissa finally returned with two mugs of hot chocolate and a bowl of cinnamon sugar popcorn, you were pretty much dumbfounded.

"Holy cow Mel! This is so good!!" You beamed, taking a sip of the hot drink she had made before popping a couple of pieces of popcorn in your mouth.

"Thanks, babe," Your girlfriend sighed at the taste of her cocoa, wrapping her arm around you, her eyes focusing on the movie.

When Christmas day finally rolled around, you were impressed by just how many of Melissa's family members were at her mom's house for Christmas, and everyone seemed to get along (Except Kristin-Marie and Melissa, of course). The whole family seemed to absolutely adore you, and you felt...welcome.

You didn't even need to introduce yourself as you walked in the door, as everyone knew practically everything about you.

Teresa, Melissa's mom, immediately took you into the kitchen and asked you what your favorites of the array of food were so she could make more. John, Melissa's dad, gave you a gruff handshake and asked you if you liked football, which started a whole conversation about Melissa's early days of being a football fan. Kristin-Marie was standoffish, looking at you with a glare the entire time as Melissa had warned you about. Her infamous cousin Vinny was playful and tackled you with a hug in his large frame when he saw you enter the door with his favorite cousin. Her other younger cousins simply flocked around you asking you questions about you, and Melissa's older cousins quickly started sharing embarrassing stories about your girlfriend (You had to duck when she tried to punch them).

You walked into the dining room, helping set out the cutlery and plates to hopefully get some stress off Teresa's back.

"Oh dear, they're so much better than that pig you would bring," Melissa's mother laughed once you were out of the room.

"I told you that you'd like Y/n, Ma," Melissa sighed, stuffing her hands in her pockets with a smile.

You peeked out from the doorway connecting the kitchen and dining room, eavesdropping on the conversation when you heard your name mentioned.

'What are they talking about? Did I make a bad impression?' You worriedly thought, your heart rate picking up.

"Well, you were right. Only one thing, they seem so nervous, did you tell 'em that we were gonna sacrifice them?" Teresa snickered, taking a sip from the tiny bottle of prosecco you brought her.

"I've got a bet with them that I can make the holidays enjoyable, since it never was for them," Your girlfriend explained. "You should have seen Y/n a couple of days ago, they were miserable. I'm glad I got them to enjoy the season more than they used to,"

You smiled softly, your eyes brimming with tears that you quickly wiped away.

"Were you talking about me?" You asked, walking towards Melissa and her mother.

"Yeah hon, my mom loves you," She smirked. "I told you there was nothing to worry about,"

"You've got good taste in alcohol Y/n," Teresa laughed, finishing off the miniature bottle.

"I'm glad you think so, Melissa said it was your favorite, so I got you the new flavor they came out with. I can get you a bigger bottle if you'd like!" You beamed.

"That won't be necessary, I'll get my own," Your mother-in-law waved off your gesture.

You chuckled, beginning to talk about all the stories Melissa told you about her chaotic family, while Melissa slipped away to go be with her younger cousins, a soft smile on her face at the sight of you being so happy.

"I mean, when I heard that story about Vinny I think I couldn't walk from how hard I was laughing!" You giggled, covering your mouth to hold in more laughter.

"He was a weird kid, but we love him," Teresa chuckled, gesturing to the table once she was finished. "It's around dinner time, you wanna get a seat?"

You nodded, cheerfully making your way to sit next to Melissa, leaning your head on her shoulder.

"They're much better than Joe, he wasn't as happy when he talked to us about Melissa, there is something different about this one," Melissa's aunt Chloe walked up to Teresa.

"Definitely, I'm glad we got to increase their holiday spirit and give them a family, they deserve it for how happy they've made my daughter," The older blonde hummed, taking a seat at the table after finishing the conversation with her sister.

"Thank you so much for inviting me Miss Schemmenti," You smiled, hugging your mother-in-law. "The food was absolutely delicious, and your house is gorgeous!" You praised her, looking at your girlfriend before back at Teresa.

"Oh hon, call me Teresa, you're so sweet," The older woman placed her hand over her heart. "I'm glad someone as wonderful as you are with my daughter,"

You practically melted how kind she was and you were surprised you weren't crying.

"She means the world to me," You looked at Melissa, kissing her cheek. "Thank you again for inviting me,"

Teresa smiled, waving you two off as you walked to your car.

"So, how do you like the holidays hon?" Melissa sported a knowing grin.

"I love them, Mel...You did it, somehow," You sighed, looking up and laughing softly.

Your girlfriend chuckled, starting the car and driving out of the neighborhood, noticing how your eyes were locked on all of the Christmas lights and decorations unlike before.

"What if I told you that when we got home, I'd have something that'd make you love the holidays even more?" The redhead next to you spoke after around ten minutes of comfortable silence, squeezing your thigh to get your attention back on her.

"Oh really? What if I told you I didn't believe you?" You smirked, moving your body to face her.

"You didn't believe me a couple of days ago, now look where that got ya," Melissa teased as you pulled into the driveway at her house.

"Whatever," You rolled your eyes, a shit-eating grin still on your lips.

"Now come on, I have a surprise for you," The older woman urged you to go inside.

When you finally entered the house, you noticed the living room was much tidier, but nothing looked out of place except for a couple of non-flame sugar cookie candles being lit, making the whole house smell like a calm bakery.

"You cleaned! I was gonna do that!" You laughed.

"No hon, that's not the surprise, go lay down on your stomach," Melissa instructed you, kissing your forehead before going to the bathroom and bringing back a basket.

"What's that for Mel?" You asked, your speech slightly muffled by the pillow your face was lying on.

"You had a busy night, I thought I'd help you relax," Your girlfriend chuckled.

Her soft yet strong hands lifted your shirt, applying lotion to themselves before rubbing your back thoroughly. You hummed in contentment, melting further into the couch, your eyes hooding from the sudden feeling.

"Thank you, my love. You really didn't have to do this," You mumbled, letting out an occasional moan whenever she hit a sensitive spot on your back.

"It's no problem hon," She bent down to kiss the top of your head, smiling as your body relaxed under her touch. "I'm just glad I got you to enjoy this time of year as much as I do,"

A/n: Welcome to the first day of Fluffmas! We're starting off strong with the lovely Melissa Schemmenti and a hockey game prompt!

...

A shot of cold air hit your face, sending your already reddened nose and cheeks into a state of more frigidity. You shivered slightly, your eyes narrowing to avoid the snowflakes falling into them, leaving the snow to cluster up on your soft eyelashes.

"Thanks for coming Hon, I know hockey isn't really your thing," Melissa spoke up, looking over at you and a slight smile pulling at her lips at the sight of you all bundled up in her coat and scarf.

You open your eyes slightly to see your girlfriend more, matching her smile as a slight warmth finally comes to your cheeks in stark contrast to the icy air around the two of you.

"My love, you know I'd always come to support your family. After all, it's not every day that one of your girlfriend's friend plays for the flyers!" You chuckled, pulling up the zipper on your (Melissa's) coat despite it already being zipped up all the way.

"I guess that's true," The woman next to you chuckled, tilting her head to look up at the sky that had been covered in a sea of white. "But he's technically just one of my guys,"

You roll your eyes,

"Are you sure we couldn't have parked any closer?" You groan with a slight smirk, leaning forward in a dramatic manner as you felt your feet beginning to cramp up from how long you had been walking. "You get us free flyers tickets, but can't park closer than 30 yards?"

"Do you not see all these fucking cars?" Melissa asked, pointing over at the hundreds of cars filling the parking spaces up one by one with a raise eyebrow.

"Yes Mel, I see them," You roll your eyes in a joking manner, throwing your head back for the theatrical effect as you stood up straight once again. "But tell me this isn't a long walk,"

The redhead nods with a laugh,

"But look, we're here," She chuckled, gesturing to the building in front of you before opening the door for the two of you.

"Thanks baby," You spoke before placing a kiss on her cold lips, watching them curling up into a big goofy smile before walking into the not much hotter building, looking at the closed off hockey arena.

"Of course sweetheart," Melissa smirked, grabbing you by your waist as she led you to your seats that she had gotten with the rest of her family.

"Hey!! There's our favorite couple!" Leo smiled, kissing you on each cheek before doing the same to your girlfriend.

"Miss Teresa," You nodded at your future mother-in-law with a smile, blushing softly and retreating into your coat a bit as she rolled her eyes with a groan.

"Hon, I told youse to call me Teresa, no need for formalities," She chuckled, gesturing for you and Melissa to sit down next to her.

The older woman wrapped her arm around you, placing a kiss on your cheek as her cold red hair tickled your cheeks.

"You excited to see him play?" Melissa asked, pressing her nose against your temple before backing away to look you in the eyes.

You nod with a bright smile.

"I am, I do wish it was warmer though!" You giggled, pressing your mittens up against your cheeks for a sense of warmth. "But then again the ice would probably melt,"

The green-eyed woman simply chuckled, bringing you closer to her before leaning her head on your shoulder.

"Y'know Schemmenti, you're all sappy with me outside of school, but you haven't even told Barb about us," You teased her,

"You know I'm just waiting for the right time, plus, I don't need Janine fussin' about it. I also don't need Jacob and her knowin' my business," Melissa rolled her eyes in response.

You sighed with a slight giggle, understanding of your redhead's hesitation.

"So when does it start?" You asked, looking down at the ice rink that was currently being polished by the giant Zamboni.

"A couple minutes, Vinny told me they'll be starting in about 10, say...where is he?"

Teresa simply shrugged her shoulders, allowing for you to cock your eyebrow at her sudden lack for tightness when it came to being on time.

Melissa seemed to share your confusion but brushed it off as she continued to wrap her arm around you. You sighed in content, looking at the giant illuminated clock in the arena as you internally counted down the minutes to when the game would begin.

After about 15 minutes had passed, the two teams began to enter the rink, positioning themselves to their starting lineup. You still didn't know where Vinny was, and at this point you kind of didn't care and mainly planned on paying attention to the game.

You covered your ears at the sound of the whistle blowing, looking over at Melissa and smiling at how cute she looked focusing on the game.

Your lovesick thoughts were interrupted by a sudden vibration on your thigh and the now turned-on screen of your phone showing a text message from Janine.

"Janine?" You muttered to yourself, your voice not loud enough to draw Melissa's attention to it.

Janine: Hey Y/N! I'm watching the game with the Abbott crew! Hoping to see you and Melissa on TV!

You chuckled, typing out a funny reply about how you had accidentally gotten a seat next to Melissa before shutting off your phone, watching the screen go black before turning your eyes to the players fighting over the puck with their sticks.

Melissa had announced she was going to the flyers game, not mentioning you also coming with her as her girlfriend, so you also told your work friends that you were going as well just in case any of them spotted you on TV. At this point, the whole string of lies was working.

"Oh come on!" The 2nd grade teacher exclaimed in frustration along with the rest of the people around you as one of the players for the flyers screwed up a very easy shot.

You giggled slightly, noticing how Melissa's anger softened at your endearing nature.

"Think I could play better than some of them?" Melissa asked you, licking her lips to rehydrate them from the cold.

"You could definitely beat one of them, you're good, but not as good as you are at baseball," You replied, bending over the arm rest of the seat to press your lips against her hair.

"That's true," She smirked.

You looked off to your right, still trying to figure out where Vinny was, but not letting it overwhelm your thoughts.

'That idiot is late again, I can't wait to see Melissa bust his ass...hopefully with words...I can't watch him get another bloody nose from her,' You thought, shuffling your body to stand up right, looking at the arena once more.

You looked at the at the giant cube of screens in the middle of the celling, your eyes glossing over each of the screens before turning to look back at the players.

"Oh my god you idiota!" You heard Teresa exclaim, making you chuckle, leaning forward as you heard the woman curse the young men on the ice out in Italian.

"Your mother may be better at insulting hockey players than you however," You giggled, placing your hand on Melissa's thigh as you continued to laugh before regaining your composure.

"Oh now that is definitely true, I've been hearing it since I came out the womb," Melissa replied, looking at her mom. "Right Ma?"

"It wasn't my fault those dumb eagles decided to give up a touchdown!" The older woman retorted.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever Ma," Your girlfriend rolled her eyes, resting her head on her hand as she shook it in fake exasperation.

The minutes passed, and you were sure your hearing almost passed as well from the angry yelling from the two women next to you, but you didn't mind. Once the sound around you had gone from yelling to cheering, you glanced up at the collection of screens to see the score, and your eyes could only widen when you saw your face with Melissa's on the kiss cam.

"Um...Mel..." You muttered, tapping her shoulder before pointing at the giant screen, the two of you listening as the cheers of people watching all around the stadium filling your ears whilst you blushed furiously.

"What the hell?!" The redheaded woman exclaimed as she looked at you, confused as there usually weren't kiss cams at the games she went to. "Sorry Hon, I ain't doing this, you know the rest of Abbott is watching," She looked at the camera with an angry glare.

You immediately nodded.

"Yeah, don't worry, I don't wanna tell anyone without you being 100% ready," You said with an understanding nod, your face reddening as you heard the boos of people as the kiss cam returned to the close-up cameras.

"Oh fuck off would youse?!" Melissa exclaimed, making you only more embarrassed.

"Mel, they're just being cupid for a day, let 'em," Teresa chuckled, looking at your girlfriend with a smirk that felt almost mischevious.

"Uh uh- No way, I am not revealin' my relationship to the world on one of these fuckin' things," The green-eyed woman replied with a glare sent towards her mother that made you laugh into your coat. "And besides Ma! You don't like these things either!"

Her mother simply hummed in reply, taking a sip of her hot chocolate (Prosecco).

Melissa nor you were sure exactly what was going on as the kiss cam was on you two for a second time, but you both knew that the redhead was about to take a hockey stick to the person controlling it from how mad (Flustered) she was.

"What the fuck is going on? I- Ma!" Your girlfriend shouted with reddened cheeks at the sight of her mother bending over dying of laughter.

"Teresa!!" You squeaked. "This isn't funny!"

"Just kiss you two! You're dating for ravioli's sake!" She cackled.

"I already told you I'm not letting the people at Abbott see me kiss her till I want them to!"

"And that'll be after Christ's second coming Melissa, just kiss the poor girl! She's blushing like a maniac over there!" Tereasa continued to laugh as she pointed at you.

You simply breathed a sigh of relief as you noticed the screen had changed a couple of seconds ago, ignoring the dying out boos from the crowd.

"Teresa, she'll kiss me in front of people eventually, she loves me," You managed to stutter out,

"Exactly," Melissa mumbled, pressing her lips to your hair as there was no more camera pointed at you two.

As the game got more intense, you on-looked your girlfriend continuing to analyze each of the players movements, occasionally looking up at the screens to get a closer view of each and every shot and pass made. You felt like a magnet drawn to her, but in your head, you wouldn't have it any other way.

"What's that look for Hon?" She asked you, catching on to your lingering stares at her focused eyes and furrowed brows.

"Nothing, I just really, really love you," You smiled, not meaning anything behind it other than pure adoration for her, which she picked up as she always did.

"What do ya want?" Melissa teased, her expression turning more into loving expression as she watched you giggle.

That was her favorite sound after all, your laugh. She'd do anything to hear it.

"Hey lovebirds!" You heard the voice of your mother-in-law exclaim, drawing your vision to the kiss camera once more.

"Oh my god," You chuckled, rolling your eyes once again, looking at Melissa with a smile. "It just won't leave us alone will it?"

The redhead simply remained silent, looking at the camera before looking at you with a soft smile. She leaned forward, caressing you hand as she wrapped her other around your neck. You could feel her the warmth radiating off her cheeks from your bodies inching closer towards each other.

"I think it's telling me to stop being a coward and start loving you out loud like my girl deserves," She whispered before moving the hand that was holding yours to your chin and pulling your lips together.

You felt your eyes flutter shut, your brain going a million miles an hour, to say you were shocked was an understatement. But for a moment, your brain told itself to shut up and just love the woman back.

Pulling your lips away from each other once the crowd had quieted down it's cheering, you looked at Melissa with a loving gaze.

"Melissa," You smiled, your eyes looking at her as if the redhead touching you wasn't real, but just a figment of your imagination too good to be true.

"Y/n, I love you," The older woman pressed her lips against your forehead, leaving a warm feeling in your body before she pulled away slightly. "I'm sorry I never showed it,"

Your smile quickly turned sympathetic the moment you saw an uncharacteristic guilt wash over her facial features.

"You're okay, after all, I wouldn't want to be bothered about my relationship by everyone I knew because of some sudden PDA and all that," You reassured her, tucking a red curl behind her ear.

Melissa simply chuckled, the guilt falling from her face as she laughed.

"But yeah, you do know we're gonna be interrogated by Janine and literally everyone else at Abbott tomorrow, right?" You smirked, pulling up your phone to show all of the messages clouding your lock screen.

"Yeah, yeah, I know," The redhead sighed, pulling you closer to her by wrapping her arm around your shoulder.

You simply leaned into her embrace, looking up at her with eyes of adoration.

"I wonder why it kept picking on us," You pondered, your thoughts returning to the hockey game in front of you.

"Yeah, I wonder," Teresa muttered under her breath with a knowing smirk, looking up at the press box before giving a slight nod.

"Thanks Ted," Vinny smirked back at his aunt as he handed the camera man a stack of cash.

I Loved The Chessy Story You Wrote For Christmas So Much That I Wanted To Request Another Chessy X Reader.

...

Ever since Annie and Hallie were reunited, Christmas was somehow more chaotic at the Parker household. You loved the holidays, there was no doubt about that, and you were always dancing to Christmas music and decked out in Christmas clothes every second from Black Friday through New Year's. But one person in particular made your Christmas even more magical for you, Chessy, the housekeeper at the Parker residence.

The two of you got together in Mid-Spring of that year, and you were determined to make it as special as possible for the woman, as she had already made it as good for you as possible.

"Hallie! Annie! You know Santa's still watching!" You exclaimed as the girls ran past you, trying to set up traps for Santa like the two did every year in their separate households, but they were now a united force.

"Y/n! He's busy delivering stuff on the other side of the world! He's too busy to watch us!" Hallie called out, causing you to laugh.

"Touche..." You shrugged your shoulders, continuing to do the dishes.

"You know you don't have to do my job for me, right?" Chessy asked, walking up to you with her hands on her hips and a smirk on her face.

"I'm not driving Elizabeth anywhere until they all go to church tonight, might as well help you out. It gets the job done quicker," You leaned back to place a kiss on her cheek before drying off the last dish and putting it in the cabinet.

"I guess so," The redhead rested her head on your shoulder, wrapping her arms around your waist. "Can't believe it's already Christmas Eve,"

"Huh, I wasn't aware of that," You nudged her slightly with a laugh, referring to the girls who were freaking out.

"What'd you get them?" Chessy whispered in your ear, making sure the girls couldn't listen in.

"I got them custom saddles, what about you?" You replied,

"Well, the little rascals wouldn't tell me, so I got Hallie a bag to hold Cuppy in, and I got Annie a new fencing helmet since hers broke," The aquamarine-eyed woman smiled.

"Now the question is, what did you get me?" You turned around, poking her boob with a laugh.

"Maybe I didn't get you anything~ You've been quite naughty~" Chessy teased.

You blushed furiously, going to reply before being cut off by Hallie standing across from you.

"Chessy and Y/n, sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G. First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby in the baby carriage!" The girl smirked.

"Hallie, please," Annie rolled her eyes. "They've been like this forever, don't act all surprised," She walked up to her twin.

"It's still fun as h- heck," Hallie corrected herself, pursing her lips together out of nervousness before dashing off, Annie following slowly behind her.

You looked back at your girlfriend, leaning your head back in exasperation before burying your face in her shoulder.

"They'll never leave us alone, will they?" You asked.

"Nope, have you met them?" Chessy replied, her hand falling to your ass, squeezing it slightly and electing a squeak from you.

"And you say I'm naughty..." You grumbled, forcing your face deeper into her.

"We're gonna catch him Y/n! I just know it!" Hallie beamed as she laid down on her bed, holding cuppy to her body whilst Annie was already asleep. "Tell them Chessy!"

Chessy looked at you, then back at the young girl.

"You know Santa prepares for the things all year, I don't think you can catch him," She shrugged her shoulders with a laugh.

"Even if I don't catch him, I'm still gonna hear him!"

You tucked Hallie into the bed, tickling her softly before kissing her on the forehead.

"We'll see, tell us about it when you get up at a reasonable time tomorrow," You chuckled.

Hallie nodded, quickly shutting her eyes as the two of you walked out.

"You've got the gifts?" You turned to face your girlfriend once you were out of hearing distance.

"You know it," Chessy winked, pulling a giant red bag out from a nearby closet.

"How do they afford this?" You sighed, rubbing your forehead.

"Have you seen their businesses?" The auburn-haired woman replied.

The next morning you were both woken up by the girls shaking you, and you groggily pulled yourselves out of your comfortable bed provided to you by the Parkers.

"I said reasonable girls," You groaned, rubbing your eyes as your other hand held Chessy's.

"It's 8! That's reasonable!" Hallie beamed, running down the stairs to the Christmas tree, and dragging Annie along with her.

"Is it?" Chessy replied, waving a good morning to Elizabeth and Nick who were standing in the kitchen, getting their morning coffee.

"Mom! Dad! Look! Santa came!" The twins exclaimed at the same time, running up to the four of you to drag you towards the tree.

Once the girls had opened all of their presents and began to play with them, you decided that it was time to give Chessy her Christmas present.

"I thought you were nice enough to me this year, so here's this," You smirked, handing the redhead a small box.

"Aw, thank you Y/n," Chessy smiled, taking the box in her hands and slowly unwrapping it, revealing a diamond necklace with an infinity symbol engrained in the front.

"It's a promise necklace, I didn't want to get you a ring because it might mess with your work, but I knew a necklace wouldn't!" You beamed, waiting for her response.

"It's...It's gorgeous, h-how did you-"

"Don't worry about that Chess, all that matters is that you like it," You reassured her, placing your hand on the side of her face.

"Thank you Y/n," Chessy whispered, hugging you tightly, pressing a kiss to your lips once she was done.

"I'd prefer to see you wearing just the necklace though..." You teased, your hand falling to her covered bra and tugging it secretly.

"That'll go perfectly with the Christmas present I got you," The redhead winked. "But in all seriousness, thank you Y/n,"

Your smirk softened into a smile, and you pulled her into a kiss, the both of you ignoring the squeals from the twins.

"Merry Christmas Chess,"

"Merry Christmas Y/n,"
