...

A shot of cold air hit your face, sending your already reddened nose and cheeks into a state of more frigidity. You shivered slightly, your eyes narrowing to avoid the snowflakes falling into them, leaving the snow to cluster up on your soft eyelashes.

"Thanks for coming Hon, I know hockey isn't really your thing," Melissa spoke up, looking over at you and a slight smile pulling at her lips at the sight of you all bundled up in her coat and scarf.

You open your eyes slightly to see your girlfriend more, matching her smile as a slight warmth finally comes to your cheeks in stark contrast to the icy air around the two of you.

"My love, you know I'd always come to support your family. After all, it's not every day that one of your girlfriend's friend plays for the flyers!" You chuckled, pulling up the zipper on your (Melissa's) coat despite it already being zipped up all the way.

"I guess that's true," The woman next to you chuckled, tilting her head to look up at the sky that had been covered in a sea of white. "But he's technically just one of my guys,"

You roll your eyes,

"Are you sure we couldn't have parked any closer?" You groan with a slight smirk, leaning forward in a dramatic manner as you felt your feet beginning to cramp up from how long you had been walking. "You get us free flyers tickets, but can't park closer than 30 yards?"

"Do you not see all these fucking cars?" Melissa asked, pointing over at the hundreds of cars filling the parking spaces up one by one with a raise eyebrow.

"Yes Mel, I see them," You roll your eyes in a joking manner, throwing your head back for the theatrical effect as you stood up straight once again. "But tell me this isn't a long walk,"

The redhead nods with a laugh,

"But look, we're here," She chuckled, gesturing to the building in front of you before opening the door for the two of you.

"Thanks baby," You spoke before placing a kiss on her cold lips, watching them curling up into a big goofy smile before walking into the not much hotter building, looking at the closed off hockey arena.

"Of course sweetheart," Melissa smirked, grabbing you by your waist as she led you to your seats that she had gotten with the rest of her family.

"Hey!! There's our favorite couple!" Leo smiled, kissing you on each cheek before doing the same to your girlfriend.

"Miss Teresa," You nodded at your future mother-in-law with a smile, blushing softly and retreating into your coat a bit as she rolled her eyes with a groan.

"Hon, I told youse to call me Teresa, no need for formalities," She chuckled, gesturing for you and Melissa to sit down next to her.

The older woman wrapped her arm around you, placing a kiss on your cheek as her cold red hair tickled your cheeks.

"You excited to see him play?" Melissa asked, pressing her nose against your temple before backing away to look you in the eyes.

You nod with a bright smile.

"I am, I do wish it was warmer though!" You giggled, pressing your mittens up against your cheeks for a sense of warmth. "But then again the ice would probably melt,"

The green-eyed woman simply chuckled, bringing you closer to her before leaning her head on your shoulder.

"Y'know Schemmenti, you're all sappy with me outside of school, but you haven't even told Barb about us," You teased her,

"You know I'm just waiting for the right time, plus, I don't need Janine fussin' about it. I also don't need Jacob and her knowin' my business," Melissa rolled her eyes in response.

You sighed with a slight giggle, understanding of your redhead's hesitation.

"So when does it start?" You asked, looking down at the ice rink that was currently being polished by the giant Zamboni.

"A couple minutes, Vinny told me they'll be starting in about 10, say...where is he?"

Teresa simply shrugged her shoulders, allowing for you to cock your eyebrow at her sudden lack for tightness when it came to being on time.

Melissa seemed to share your confusion but brushed it off as she continued to wrap her arm around you. You sighed in content, looking at the giant illuminated clock in the arena as you internally counted down the minutes to when the game would begin.

After about 15 minutes had passed, the two teams began to enter the rink, positioning themselves to their starting lineup. You still didn't know where Vinny was, and at this point you kind of didn't care and mainly planned on paying attention to the game.

You covered your ears at the sound of the whistle blowing, looking over at Melissa and smiling at how cute she looked focusing on the game.

Your lovesick thoughts were interrupted by a sudden vibration on your thigh and the now turned-on screen of your phone showing a text message from Janine.

"Janine?" You muttered to yourself, your voice not loud enough to draw Melissa's attention to it.

Janine: Hey Y/N! I'm watching the game with the Abbott crew! Hoping to see you and Melissa on TV!

You chuckled, typing out a funny reply about how you had accidentally gotten a seat next to Melissa before shutting off your phone, watching the screen go black before turning your eyes to the players fighting over the puck with their sticks.

Melissa had announced she was going to the flyers game, not mentioning you also coming with her as her girlfriend, so you also told your work friends that you were going as well just in case any of them spotted you on TV. At this point, the whole string of lies was working.

"Oh come on!" The 2nd grade teacher exclaimed in frustration along with the rest of the people around you as one of the players for the flyers screwed up a very easy shot.

You giggled slightly, noticing how Melissa's anger softened at your endearing nature.

"Think I could play better than some of them?" Melissa asked you, licking her lips to rehydrate them from the cold.

"You could definitely beat one of them, you're good, but not as good as you are at baseball," You replied, bending over the arm rest of the seat to press your lips against her hair.

"That's true," She smirked.

You looked off to your right, still trying to figure out where Vinny was, but not letting it overwhelm your thoughts.

'That idiot is late again, I can't wait to see Melissa bust his ass...hopefully with words...I can't watch him get another bloody nose from her,' You thought, shuffling your body to stand up right, looking at the arena once more.

You looked at the at the giant cube of screens in the middle of the celling, your eyes glossing over each of the screens before turning to look back at the players.

"Oh my god you idiota!" You heard Teresa exclaim, making you chuckle, leaning forward as you heard the woman curse the young men on the ice out in Italian.

"Your mother may be better at insulting hockey players than you however," You giggled, placing your hand on Melissa's thigh as you continued to laugh before regaining your composure.

"Oh now that is definitely true, I've been hearing it since I came out the womb," Melissa replied, looking at her mom. "Right Ma?"

"It wasn't my fault those dumb eagles decided to give up a touchdown!" The older woman retorted.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever Ma," Your girlfriend rolled her eyes, resting her head on her hand as she shook it in fake exasperation.

The minutes passed, and you were sure your hearing almost passed as well from the angry yelling from the two women next to you, but you didn't mind. Once the sound around you had gone from yelling to cheering, you glanced up at the collection of screens to see the score, and your eyes could only widen when you saw your face with Melissa's on the kiss cam.

"Um...Mel..." You muttered, tapping her shoulder before pointing at the giant screen, the two of you listening as the cheers of people watching all around the stadium filling your ears whilst you blushed furiously.

"What the hell?!" The redheaded woman exclaimed as she looked at you, confused as there usually weren't kiss cams at the games she went to. "Sorry Hon, I ain't doing this, you know the rest of Abbott is watching," She looked at the camera with an angry glare.

You immediately nodded.

"Yeah, don't worry, I don't wanna tell anyone without you being 100% ready," You said with an understanding nod, your face reddening as you heard the boos of people as the kiss cam returned to the close-up cameras.

"Oh fuck off would youse?!" Melissa exclaimed, making you only more embarrassed.

"Mel, they're just being cupid for a day, let 'em," Teresa chuckled, looking at your girlfriend with a smirk that felt almost mischevious.

"Uh uh- No way, I am not revealin' my relationship to the world on one of these fuckin' things," The green-eyed woman replied with a glare sent towards her mother that made you laugh into your coat. "And besides Ma! You don't like these things either!"

Her mother simply hummed in reply, taking a sip of her hot chocolate (Prosecco).

Melissa nor you were sure exactly what was going on as the kiss cam was on you two for a second time, but you both knew that the redhead was about to take a hockey stick to the person controlling it from how mad (Flustered) she was.

"What the fuck is going on? I- Ma!" Your girlfriend shouted with reddened cheeks at the sight of her mother bending over dying of laughter.

"Teresa!!" You squeaked. "This isn't funny!"

"Just kiss you two! You're dating for ravioli's sake!" She cackled.

"I already told you I'm not letting the people at Abbott see me kiss her till I want them to!"

"And that'll be after Christ's second coming Melissa, just kiss the poor girl! She's blushing like a maniac over there!" Tereasa continued to laugh as she pointed at you.

You simply breathed a sigh of relief as you noticed the screen had changed a couple of seconds ago, ignoring the dying out boos from the crowd.

"Teresa, she'll kiss me in front of people eventually, she loves me," You managed to stutter out,

"Exactly," Melissa mumbled, pressing her lips to your hair as there was no more camera pointed at you two.

As the game got more intense, you on-looked your girlfriend continuing to analyze each of the players movements, occasionally looking up at the screens to get a closer view of each and every shot and pass made. You felt like a magnet drawn to her, but in your head, you wouldn't have it any other way.

"What's that look for Hon?" She asked you, catching on to your lingering stares at her focused eyes and furrowed brows.

"Nothing, I just really, really love you," You smiled, not meaning anything behind it other than pure adoration for her, which she picked up as she always did.

"What do ya want?" Melissa teased, her expression turning more into loving expression as she watched you giggle.

That was her favorite sound after all, your laugh. She'd do anything to hear it.

"Hey lovebirds!" You heard the voice of your mother-in-law exclaim, drawing your vision to the kiss camera once more.

"Oh my god," You chuckled, rolling your eyes once again, looking at Melissa with a smile. "It just won't leave us alone will it?"

The redhead simply remained silent, looking at the camera before looking at you with a soft smile. She leaned forward, caressing you hand as she wrapped her other around your neck. You could feel her the warmth radiating off her cheeks from your bodies inching closer towards each other.

"I think it's telling me to stop being a coward and start loving you out loud like my girl deserves," She whispered before moving the hand that was holding yours to your chin and pulling your lips together.

You felt your eyes flutter shut, your brain going a million miles an hour, to say you were shocked was an understatement. But for a moment, your brain told itself to shut up and just love the woman back.

Pulling your lips away from each other once the crowd had quieted down it's cheering, you looked at Melissa with a loving gaze.

"Melissa," You smiled, your eyes looking at her as if the redhead touching you wasn't real, but just a figment of your imagination too good to be true.

"Y/n, I love you," The older woman pressed her lips against your forehead, leaving a warm feeling in your body before she pulled away slightly. "I'm sorry I never showed it,"

Your smile quickly turned sympathetic the moment you saw an uncharacteristic guilt wash over her facial features.

"You're okay, after all, I wouldn't want to be bothered about my relationship by everyone I knew because of some sudden PDA and all that," You reassured her, tucking a red curl behind her ear.

Melissa simply chuckled, the guilt falling from her face as she laughed.

"But yeah, you do know we're gonna be interrogated by Janine and literally everyone else at Abbott tomorrow, right?" You smirked, pulling up your phone to show all of the messages clouding your lock screen.

"Yeah, yeah, I know," The redhead sighed, pulling you closer to her by wrapping her arm around your shoulder.

You simply leaned into her embrace, looking up at her with eyes of adoration.

"I wonder why it kept picking on us," You pondered, your thoughts returning to the hockey game in front of you.

"Yeah, I wonder," Teresa muttered under her breath with a knowing smirk, looking up at the press box before giving a slight nod.

"Thanks Ted," Vinny smirked back at his aunt as he handed the camera man a stack of cash.

"Sweetheart, it's time to get up," Larissa tickled your sides softly, waking you up to thousands of snowflakes falling from the sky out the window. "It's snowing outside and I've made hot cocoa,"

"Wait it's snowing??" You quickly sat up, swinging your legs off the side of the bed to go look closer at the beautiful sight outside. "Larissa, look!" You beamed, placing your hand up against the cold window, leaving a slight print in its wake.

"I noticed that," Larissa chuckled, walking swiftly to stand next to you as you looked on with childlike wonder, secretly adoring your endearing nature.

"Ohhh I have an idea! We should wear those matching sweaters and go outside! There's enough of the stuff to make footprints!" You explained your idea, sharply and excitedly turning your head to look at your wife lovingly.

"I love that, that sounds delightful," The platinum blonde placed her hand over her other, holding her hands in front of her chest in the regal manner she always held.

"I'll go get them!" You beamed, running over to your closet and pulling out your matching Christmas sweaters, tossing the larger one to Larissa whilst you quickly got changed.

Larissa simply laughed as she caught the sweater, putting it over her tank top and slipping on a pair of leggings after removing her shorts.

After a couple of minutes of you two changing your clothes, you both walked into the kitchen to get the hot chocolates that Larissa had made.

"This is so good 'Rissa!" You smiled as the warmth of the cocoa filled your body, smacking your lips when you had finished your swig.

"I made it just how you like it, I'm glad it was up to your standards," Larissa looked at you, nodding softly in your direction.

"Anything you make is up to my standards, you know that," You laughed, taking another sip and relishing in the warmth that the drink brought you.

Larissa smiled, drinking out of her glass before placing it on the counter and looking at you.

"Hm, I must thank you, sweetheart," She said, taking a marshmallow in between her nimble fingers and placing the soft confection in her mouth, making sure to swallow before continuing to speak. "You've allowed me to take a break from my work, and that's helped me more than you'll know,"

"It's no problem 'Rissa, I wanted to make sure your Christmas was as good as possible, that can't happen when you have a bunch of work that you're forcing yourself to do," You replied sincerely, your eyes never moving from your hot chocolate.

Larissa smiled, glancing out the window to observe the snow before changing her vision to look at you.

"The snow has piled up, and I've checked the weather. It's not going to stop until tonight. Would you like to go outside now, sweetling?" The older woman asked, holding her gloved hand out for you to take.

You nodded excitedly, wrapping your hand around your wife's and using your other hand to open the door, shivering slightly at the cold blasted in your faces.

"Chilly," You giggled, stepping into the snow, watching with excitement as you and Larissa left a trail of footprints the further you walked into the white blanket that magically covered the yard.

"That it is, but I think the cold is beautiful," The platinum blonde spoke, her British accent as alluring to you as sugar is to a fly.

You remained silent, preferring to gaze up at your wife with an adoring expression, your eyes focusing on every beautiful detail on her.

The small crow's feet that formed at her eyes, the smile lines that formed around her supple red lips, her ice-blue eyes that sparkled at the beauty of the falling snow, her soft and regal hands that caught the snowflakes she admired, and the expression of pure joy on her face felt like something magical to you.

"Sweetling?" She broke you out of your thoughts, "You're staring again," Larissa smirked, bopping you on your nose.

You squeaked, your sudden noise turning into a full-on laugh as you covered your nose with one of your hands.

"You're adorable, you know that darling?" The blue-eyed woman remarked, lowering her hands to hold yours.

You chuckled.

"Well thank you, baby," You replied, squeezing her hands softly before pulling them away.

You ran over to a nearby tree, making a tiny snowman out of the piles of snow around the plant. You shivered slightly as some of the tiny crystals melted in your palms, leaving them wet and chilly, but not enough to stop you from enjoying the creation you were making.

Larissa walked up behind you, watching each of your movements closely.

'They're such a dear,' The blonde thought, tapping you on the shoulder once you were done building.

You turned around with a curious expression, only to see your wife holding her hand out to you.

"May I have this dance?" She asked with a soft smile.

You nodded eagerly, grabbing her hand to pull yourself up, giggling as she spun you around and held you in her arms.

"Of course, M'lady," You chuckled, your feet moving in synch with hers, the snow falling around you as graceful as your movements.

"You're the best thing that's ever happened to me, you know that?" Larissa hummed, spinning you around gently and gently, watching with sharp eyes as she took in all of your features that were highlighted by the snowflakes dusted on top of them.

"You know that you're the best thing that's happened to me, right?" You asked in reply, twirling the taller woman around before dipping, causing her to laugh (and for you to blush).

"I guess we agree then," She laughed, pressing your lips together with a smile.

"I guess we are," You looked at her, twirling yourself into her embrace.

The two of you swayed in the wind, your cheeks reddening each time she placed a kiss on your forehead.

You laid your head back against her chest, feeling her heart against the back of your head.

"I love you, Rissa," You sighed, shutting your eyes.

"I love you too Y/n, more than life itself," Larissa replied, spinning you to face her before kissing your nose.

Trigger warnings (DL, DI): N/a

Genre: Fluff

A/n: I feel like I never have any motivation when writing for Morticia- But I'm trying 😭

Word count: 0.8k

 (12 10: )

...

Words didn't describe how nervous you were as you fumbled with the ring box in your hand. Proposal? It seemed good in thought and writing, but attempting to do that was nearly impossible without some nervousness or fear.

You were yet to find the ring to fill the box, and you were standing right in front of a collection of rings, but none of them you found were perfect enough for Morticia.

"Hello there, do you need any help?" A young woman asked, leaning over the glass to face you.

"Yes, do you have any black diamond rings?" You asked, tapping your thumb against each of your fingers as an anxiety relief.

"Black diamond rings...?" The woman pondered, sinking to her knees as she looked for them.

You stood there for a minute, watching her dig around, looking for the ring.

"I'm sorry, all we have is this one," She frowned, handing you a diamond ring.

You took it in your hands, examining it closely. The ring was split into three separate bands, the first band was black and coated in black diamonds, the second was a gold band with regular diamonds, and the third was a full gold ring with a giant black diamond.

"I love it...holy..." You gasped, handing her your credit card, "I'm taking it,"

"Wonderful!" The shorter woman beamed, scanning your credit card and handing you a bag, which you denied.

"I'm alright, I've got the perfect case for it," You chuckled, placing the ring(s) inside the black velvet box that had a small gold foil rose design on top.

"Good luck, I hope they say yes!" She encouraged you, waving you goodbye as you walked away.

"Hello there Ma bien-aimée, what are you looking at?" Morticia approached you, her black dress draping perfectly behind her.

"Hey there Mi Reina," You smiled, hiding the ring box in your pocket before turning around and kissing her on her lips, pulling her by her waist and dipping her.

Morticia laughed, standing back up and twirling you around.

"You didn't answer me," She smirked, tossing some of her long black hair behind her back.

"You'll see eventually, you know. You really should learn to be more patient 'Tish," You remarked.

The ravenette rolled her eyes, walking off.

"I can wait a couple of days, I waited years for you~" She winked, blowing you a kiss.

You sat alone in the rain, holding an umbrella with the black box in your palm behind your back.

"You asked for me Mon Amour?" Morticia smiled, walking up to you without an umbrella, preferring to enjoy the weather around her.

"You got a rainy Christmas, Tish," You stalled, preparing for what you were about to say, fiddling with the velvet box.

"I did. It's the best Christmas I could have asked for!" She replied.

"May I do the honors and make it better?" You asked, taking a deep breath.

The ravenette nodded, looking at you curiously but also with a smug undertone.

"Of course, after all, you still have yet to give me a Christmas present," She teased.

You rolled your eyes, dropping your knee to the wet ground and holding the ring up to her vision.

"Morticia, you've made me so happy, I-I didn't even know how to express it in a simple speech. I got this ring with only you in my mind, as my girlfriend, will you change my thoughts and make me think of you as my wife?" You asked, tears brimming in your eyes.

The older woman froze, her hands coming up to cover her mouth.

"Oh...Oh Cara Mia," She cried, hugging you tightly, making you lose grasp of your umbrella as she pulled you into a kiss.

It felt warm like it always did, but her excitement only made it ten times better.

"Is that a yes?" You chuckled through tears.

Morticia nodded.

"It is Mon Cherie, it is," She kissed you once again, the cold rain on your bodies making the scene all the more romantic for you two.

A/n: Onto the second day everyone with our lovely Wanda Maximoff! Thanks for all the support recently 🙏🏻

Word count: 1.5k

...

Christmas music filled the house, the sounds of Mariah Carey's voice filling your ears as you heard her hit song for the millionth time since November started. Your wife had always loved the holidays, and at any time during November through the beginning of January, you were forced to hear every Christmas song and movie under the sun. It's not like you minded though. It made you happy to see her uplifted by the spirit of wreaths and Christmas trees, despite her occasional worry that you found it annoying.

One thing she never liked, however, was putting up the tree. To her, putting up the tree was annoying and a dirty chore that she preferred to watch you do. But since the tree you had gotten this year was allowed to be larger due to your new house, you needed more labor to bring it in.

"This stupid thing is getting pine needles everywhere," Wanda grumbled as the two of you placed the perfectly sized evergreen tree into its stand in the corner of your living room.

"Baby, we can clean them up later," You chuckled, "Plus, we're almost done, then we can put up all the fun stuff!"

"I guess," The redhead next to you smiled sweetly.

You simply rolled your eyes in a joking manner, a bright smile forming on your face as the tree locked into place.

"See! Wasn't so hard now was it?" You smirked, putting your hands on your hips, not noticing the stray pieces of pine in your hair.

Wanda smiled in pride of her partner, taking your wrist in her hand and raising her feet to pluck the green needles out of your hair. Once she finished, she quickly kissed your cheek to secure the cleanliness.

"No dekta, it wasn't," She smiled with a laugh, dropping the plants on the floor.

"Alright, can you go downstairs and get the tree decorations tub? It's bright red with a green lid," You asked her, kissing her on the nose once you had grabbed the scissors to cut the net off your tree.

Your wife nodded quickly, running down the stairs into the basement, leaving you to fix the tree.

Once Wanda returned with the box, you removed the lid to reveal all the colorful ornaments of different shapes and sizes. Looking up at the redhead, you noticed her eyes sparkling at the sight of all the lights and other decorations in the bin.

"You hypnotized over there Wands?" You teased her, waving your hand in front of her line of vision, laughing a bit once she jumped back out of her little trance.

"Yes, I love Christmas, you know this," She smiled as she picked up the long strand of lights, going to plug them in to ensure they were all working.

"Yeah, I haven't heard normal music since Thanksgiving," You rolled your eyes, pulling out the shiny garland to untangle it. "All the lights working okay?"

Wanda nodded, her eyes focused heavily on the illuminated cord while she wrapped it around the tree. When you looked at her, you looked over at her. You could practically feel your heart melting at the sight of her smile. Ever since her workload as school board president had doubled, you had begun to truly miss her smile as it had been replaced with stressed frowns.

Taking your eyesight away from your lover, you walked over to the other side of the evergreen, standing at the top of the latter before placing it about the tree

You'd occasionally look over at the redhead below, who was making her way closer to where you were, and you'd just smile (which she was way too focused on the pretty lights to notice).

After a couple of minutes had passed, you felt something bump your hand, then heard your wife giggle.

"Well, hello there Y/n!" She chuckled, causing you to look down at your hands that had bumped into each other.

"Well, hello there Wanda," You smirked.

Wanda took your hand in hers, kissing it softly, her lips leaving a soft pink mark in their wake.

You blushed heavily, covering your face with the hand not holding the garland.

"Meanie," You muttered through your flustered expression, causing the redhead next to you to raise an eyebrow.

"Oh, I'll show you mean~" She teased, kissing your hand again before walking around you to continue decorating.

You blushed once again, looking upward with an expression of slight amusement.

"Alright Y/n!" Wanda smiled, looking at your now illuminated Christmas tree. "Now it's time for the ornaments!"

"Our favorite part!" You replied excitedly, getting on your knees to start handing each bulb to the older woman. "I'm going to give you every regular bulb we have first so we can look at the other cute ones later!"

The redhead nodded, taking each metal orb that would range in color and delicately placing it on the tree, her fingers tracing down to the bottom of it to admire the beauty before moving on to the next.

After handing her a garnishment, you'd watch Wanda put it on with the same fascination you had the day you first met, your eyes following her every move.

"Oh, I'm sorry! I must have been in your way-"

"Don't worry about it, sweetheart. I'm the one who ran into you!"

"Are you sure? I feel bad making you spill all your stuff!"

"I said don't worry about it, I'll get a discount for anything dented,"

"Hey, you're Ms. Maximoff, right? The head of the schoolboard?"

"What gave it away?"

Continuing your little assembly line, you'd get a glimpse of your tree adorning every new adornment, causing your smile to grow. Suddenly, your eyes locked on one of the objects in the bin as you had noticed every regular bauble had been put up. You quickly moved your body to grab it, your eyes widening at just the first clear glimpse of it.

"What's that one?" Wanda asked, noticing you slowing down to examine what you were holding.

"It's one from our wedding day. Remember the ones we gave out to everyone?" You asked, handing it to Wanda to put up on the tree.

"Oh, right! They have our initials engraved on them!" She exclaimed, her thumb running over the ceramic heart with each of your initials carved into it.

"I told your brother they we're cute, still don't know what his problem was," You rolled your eyes, remembering what Pietro had said about the ornaments being tacky, despite their minimalist nature.

"He was and still is an idiot, you know that," The older redhead chuckled, looking down at you. "Is that all of them?"

You shook your head,

"There's still one more," You smiled, getting on your toes to place a final decoration on the front center of the tree, a flat red ornament with the words "Our first Christmas married" written in green.

"When did you get that?" Your wife exclaimed, looking at it in shock.

"I got it on our honeymoon, I knew you'd like just a little," You smirked, kissing her softly on the lips.

"You thought right," She smiled as a single tear formed at the corner of her eye.

"Merry Christmas baby," You kissed her once again, looking at your tree.

"Merry Christmas dekta," Wanda replied, holding you tightly against her, joining your gaze at the beautiful evergreen in front of you two.

The cold winter months were always depressing around Castle Dimitrescu. The women of the household didn't celebrate Christmas, and the girls couldn't leave the house due to the cold. But after two years of working as a maiden, you were determined to achieve the hallmark Christmas you felt the girls you loved deserved.

You had joined the "family" after your 21st birthday after hearing all of the benefits such as a place to stay and a buttload of cash, but a certain someone was the main reason you stayed.

The lady of the house, Alcina Dimetrescu. Her golden eyes complemented her luscious black locks that would lay softly on her shoulders and bounce slightly every time you or one of the girls made her laugh. Her sweet Romanian accent. Her incredibly seductive body and voice. Her half-transformed form with her tentacles and wings. Everything about the older woman had you in a glue trap, leaving you stuck to writhe around in your own sticky feelings.

Her Romanian nicknames would always leave a dusting of pink across your face as soft as the snow that fell on the castle during the short winter days, and the way her arm would snake around your waist whenever you were standing next to her while she was reading.

You loved the woman and you wanted to be with her for the rest of your life. But you weren't even sure how to express a single percent of your love.

But one thing you did know was what Alcina loved more than anything: her daughters. And making them happy would make her happy, which was your way of flirting with the vampire.

Whenever you'd look at the older woman, you'd wonder what could happen if you just did it. If you just confessed, what would happen?

If you just stood up and made a silent confession, would she even look at you the same?

That's all you could think about as you stood in the large kitchen that had been left alone by all of Alcina's chefs who had gone home for Christmas break. You shuffled through all of the ingredients that rested in the large pantry to find every single ingredient for the chocolate chip cookies you were about to make.

"One O'clock..." You muttered, lifting your head softly to look at the large grandfather clock near the exit of the room you were in before looking at the darkness outside caused by the night, smiling in determination before getting to work.

Your brain was all over the place, and your heart rate was higher than normal due to how quickly you were trying to make the Christmas desserts for your favorite girls.

Swiftly hiking up your Colette dress, you got to work mixing each ingredient in the silver bowls in your hands, laughing each time flour or sugar would fly up into your face. But unbeknownst to you, Alcina was just as awake as you, listening to your heartbeat with her enhanced hearing.

Minutes passed as you busied yourself by finishing off the dough. Using a nearby cookie scoop to place each ball on the parchment paper, you hummed your favorite Christmas carol to yourself, still unaware of the woman listening in.

"What on earth is she doing?" The golden-eyed woman asked out loud, standing up and wrapping a silk black robe slightly against her underwear-clothed frame.

Alcina moved slowly through the castle, checking up on each of her daughters before finally walking towards the kitchen where she heard your heartbeat and other movements.

"What is that smell?" She whispered to herself, pausing in her tracks once she saw you in the kitchen, taking the cookies off of the tray and putting them on a large plate before writing a note next to it.

Standing there, you smiled softly yet proudly as you placed the now empty tray in the marble sink, your eyebrows furrowing once you felt an overwhelming presence behind you.

"Draga mea?" Alcina finally asked you, her tone questioning rather than upset, sharply watching every one of your movements.

You immediately froze up, your eyes shooting wide open.

"My lady- I-" You blushed, turning around, pulling down the skirt of your uniform. "I'm so sorry I just- Please forgive me!" You exclaimed with a shaky voice.

"Y/n I-"

"I'm so sorry I didn't mean to wake you! Please forgive me I'll leave!" You ran off, genuinely terrified that the woman you loved would possibly resent you.

Alcina quickly grabbed you, pinning you up against her body, electing a gasp from your body.

"Draga mea, be good and stay still," The black-haired woman said sternly, turning you around to squat down in front of you.

"Yes M-"

"Also none of that, you will call Alcina," Her eyes narrowed. "Now tell me what you were doing,"

"Making cookies for the girls and you... I've just...never seen you or your daughters celebrate Christmas as long as I've been here, and I wanted to give you the special holiday you deserve since you guys can't go out in the cold," You explained, shutting your eyes as your head fell to face the floor.

"Oh Y/n," Alcina cooed, pulling your chin up to face her. "Why would you care so much? After all, I'm just your boss,"

"But you aren't," You sniffled, wiping a single tear from your eyes.

"What do you mean Draga?" The maiden asked, "Don't cry, it's okay, just tell me," She assured you.

"You're more than an employer to me Alci! I love you! And I wanted some way to show it!" You finally confessed, your legs nearly giving out on you from the weight lifted off your chest.

You felt her golden eyes pierce through you, and before she could even speak, you did.

"I'll leave if it makes you uncomfortable I'm sor-"

Your words were cut off by Alcina pressing her lips against your own, squeezing at your body softly, trying to take all of you at once. Her lips were soft and plump, and she tasted delicious and addictive.

"You don't know how long I've been waiting for you to say that Y/n," She smiled softly before pressing a kiss to your neck.

"Are you serious Alci?" You asked meekly, to which the woman in front of you nodded.

"I've never been it any more than I am right now," Alcina nodded, grabbing a cookie off the plate before taking a bite. "Besides, how could I pass up a good baker like you to be my partner?" She chuckled.

You laughed softly, before pulling her into another kiss, tasting the fruits of your labor in her.

"I think this may be the best Christmas I've ever had, and it's all thanks to you, Y/n," The golden-eyed woman looked at you with adoration, before taking your hand in hers. "Why don't we make it even better and you come to my bedroom with me? We can have more of your cookies when it's a reasonable time to be up,"
