Do You Know Of Any "am I Autistic" Quizzes Or Posts Made By Autistic People?? I Suspect I Could Be Autistic

do you know of any "am i autistic" quizzes or posts made by autistic people?? i suspect i could be autistic but all the quizzes i've taken are probably made by allistics and don't address the entirety of autism and how it really feels?? so i keep getting "mild" traits as a result :') tysm!!

so because i was diagnosed with autism as a kid, and never had to do any self reflecting in that aspect, i’m not terribly familiar with those types of quizzes.

I have however heard that the RADS-R autism test is a fairly good one? i haven’t looked into it much, but that could be a place to start?

any other arfid folks feel like certain foods smell really good, but taste horrible? like you know you wouldn't be able to eat it but it still smells good. or is this just a Me thing

You know actually? I think the "like" feature of social media contributes heavily to how hostile interactions can be. Maybe doubly-so for social media that has a "like" and no "dislike".

You see a take you agree with? Easiest thing to do is like it silently and move on. See a take you disagree with? The only avenue you have to express that is to comment.

This all results in posts that may genuinely have a very net-positive reception. But most of the positive reception manifests in silent likes/retweets/reblogs. This act of Yeah OP already said what I agree with followed by a completely silent, passive interaction. And the negative interaction is what you see when you open the notes/comments/replies to a warzone.

And if you've authored something that's gathered 9,000 completely passive silent likes, and 100 active screaming comments taking issue, it's GONNA feel like you've stepped on a landmine despite those numbers boiling down to what's essentially a 99% positive reception.

And no this is absolutely not saying "add a dislike feature to solve all our woes". I have no research or insight into what that would do. The lack of a dislike might dissuade a large chunk of people from interacting who are too bored or lazy to type out a whole mean comment.

My point is just it's absolutely a thing baked in to most social media where most agreement happens completely passively and silently and most disagreement happens with loud active engagement.

my brain be like hungry? I think? idek anymore. what is a hunger cue. why isn't there a little bell above my head that dings when I need to eat.
