little glamour/self love spell jar to boost your confidence

What you need: - rose petals - hibiscus - lavender - vanilla extract - mint - lemon verbana - calendula - cinnamon - ginger - jar/bottle - bowl for mixing - red/pink candle

this spell is best done on the new moon. 

What to do:

start off by putting your ingredients into the bowl you’re using for mixing. once everything is all mixed up together, light your candle and place it behind the bowl. after your candle is placed, say: I am beautiful, I am strong, I am respected

pour your ingredients into jar/bottle and place the jar in front of your candle. once your jar/bottle is placed, say:

I am beautiful, I am radiant, I am mighty

once this is done, close off your jar/bottle and pick up your candle. hold it over the jar/bottle and say:

I am worthy of my own love, I am beautiful,  I am radiant, I will be seen as I am

begin to pour your wax onto your jar/bottle to seal it off and say:

Beautiful, mighty, and radiant. As I am, this is my will So mote it be.

set your jar/bottle where you can see it but where it won’t be disturbed. 

In addition: if you would like to, decorate your jar/bottle or add a sigil to it! the sigil can be added to the mix by drawing it out on paper and burning it or you can draw it onto the bottle. 

relaxing shower spell

limited ingredient & super limited effort spell designed for when you’re feeling really drained after work or after an outing, yknow <3

what you’ll need;

white candle (or pink!!)

honey

optional;

rose quartz <3

🛁 light your candle anywhere you can place it safely in the bathroom, aim for somewhere you can see it’s light nicely from inside the shower but if you can’t that’s ok no worries ofc!! take a dab of honey and place it onto your forehead. i usually just put it on my finger(s) and press in some intention for a moment, sometimes i’ll press some across my cheeks too <3 rinse off your hand but leave the honey on your forehead and anywhere else you put it to rinse off in the shower! if you’re using one, get your rose quartz and hover it above your honey covered area(s) for a moment and take a few breaths, then go ahead and shower with your rose quartz in sight or just near the tub! blow out your candle when you’ve finished up your night routine <3

I've been struggling with anxiety as of late, so I created a spell jar to help contain it. Hopefully, this can help someone else as well!

What you'll need:

A jar or bottle

Way to decorate jar

A black candle (optional)

A small item to represent your anxiety (optional)

Sea salt or Black Salt

Paper

Writing utensil

Candle wax, tape, or ribbon/string

Dirt, pebbles, etc.

ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ☆ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ☆ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ☆ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ☆ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ☆ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ☆ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ

Steps:

1) Grab your trusty jar or bottle and begin to decorate the outside (I used paint). You can be as creative or as minimalistic as you like with this. The idea here is to create your idea of what a safe container looks like. You're going to be placing all of your anxiety into it, so you're going to want it to feel secure.

2) If you have a black candle start burning it now, otherwise, don't worry about this step.

3) You're now going to pour either sea salt or black salt into the bottom of the jar, so we can begin layering it.

4) Take the representation of your anxiety and place it in the jar. If you couldn't think of a symbol for your stress, you can also write them down on paper.

Example: If you're worried about finances you might place a small coin at the bottom.

5) Now either place dirt or pebbles over it to weigh it down.

7) Place more salt over top to help trap the negativity inside.

8) On the piece of paper write out, "I'm leaving my anxiety in here, so it is no longer inside me."

9) Once finished, fold the paper three times and place it in the jar.

10) Chant, "My anxiety is banished from me." three times.

11) Put the lid on the jar and use your candle wax, ribbon, or string to permanently seal your anxiety inside.

12) State once more, "I banish my anxiety" and if you have a candle, blow it out.

13) You can now discard the jar or hide it away however you see fit. I chose to bury mine.
