❇️ How to Adjust a Spell ❇️

sometimes you come across a spell and it’s not exactly what you want. sometimes you can’t find the spell you need and there’s only spells that are only sorta what you need. 

❇️ To enchant an object with the intent of the spell

involve the object in the spell. for example, 

if it is a jar spell you can charge the object in or around the jar

if it is a candle spell, you can pass the object though the smoke

gather and direct 

❇️ For a very specific spell becoming generalized

dissect the spell, and figure out what is making the spell focused on a singular event, area, or person, and remove that element. if removing that element makes the spell difficult to complete, you can 

burn the ingredients and spread pinches of the ashes for influence

combine in a traditional candle spell

combine in a traditional jar spell

find an element of the person you wish the spell to affect, a representative object, and combine with the rest of the ingredients. this can look like:

burning ingredients together to ash

binding with thread

combining inside a jar

use in a candle spell

✴️️ To Nullify a Spell ✴️️

sometimes spells just flop, and you want to redo them. but before you do that, you should nullify the first attempt, to prevent the first attempt creates conflicts with the second attempt of the spell. 

⚫ TO NULLIFY ONE OF YOUR OWN SPELLS ⚫

WITH SPELL INGREDIENTS:

✴️️ gather the contents/ingredients of the spell you first cast it with

✴️️ separate the burnable and non-burning contents of the spell

✴️️ salt the burnable ingredients lightly (such as paper, herbs, etc)

✴️️ burn the ingredients, and cover the non-burning pieces with the ash.

✴️️ rinse the non-burning pieces clean and cleanse them. 

WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL INGREDIENTS:

✴️️ gather as many of the same spell components as you used to cast it

✴️️ perform the spell backwards, speak any chants used backwards. 

however, sometimes it isn’t a spell you cast, and things can get a little trickier. how do you nullify a spell you didn’t cast?

⚫ A SPELL YOU BELIEVE HAS BEEN CAST ON YOU ⚫

✴️️ gather a bowl of salt water and a black candle

✴️️ place the candle in the center of the bowl

✴️️ burn a hair of fingernail clipping of yours on the flame

✴️️ let the flame burn down until it is extinguished by the water

⚫ A CURSE YOU BELIEVE HAS BEEN CAST ON YOU ⚫

✴️️ make black salt but combining ash and salt

✴️️ burn it safely. ward and cleanse your area. 

Aphrodite GreatAss Glamour🍑

a ritual invoking aphrodite and beseeching her for her great-ass influence

🍑  gather a pink candle, a peach, sugar, hand lotion and a mirror. 

🍑  invoke aphrodite and prepare an offering

🍑  address her specifically as Kallipygos, “she of the beautiful buttocks”.

🍑  slice the peach in half. crush one half to juice

🍑  sugar and consume the other half. 

🍑  mix the peach juice with the hand lotion

🍑  thank aphrodite, use the lotion on your skin where you deem necessary

🍑  admire yo fine ass in the mirror, treat yourself to some nice undies

simple love attraction spell 💕

a spell for attracting general love and romantic opportunities to oneself

💕 gather: a pink candle, rose petals and pepper

💕 dress the candle wick with the pepper

💕 carve a heart shape onto the candle.

💕 decorate the candle with the rose petals, offering them to aphrodite.

💕 light the candle, feel it’s warmth but be careful not to burn yourself.

💕 whisper softly the incantation:

“As I watch the flame dance I draw to me hopes of romance. As it warms my face, I’ll warm others hearts, Who graze the feathers of cupid’s dart.”

💕 blow out the candle, thank aphrodite for her influence. 

for the safe return of a lost pet

(a spell for helping reunite lost pets with their owners, specifically to be cast when you see a lost pet flyer)

you will need:

pebbles (small and light, not big or heavy), this is the final spell object puzzle dust (the powder that remains in a jigsaw puzzle box), for solving problems *or use anything that invokes the energy of solving problems and/or connecting* orange peel & cinnamon, for the sense of home grass clippings & a map piece, for navigation catnip & a stick or bone, to represent domesticated animals white salt (any kind will work), for protection a bowl to put it all in (a deep bowl or cauldron is best, must be able to withstand hot water) a piece of paper inscribed with a sigil (feel free to use anything here. original sigil (not shown): “bring this loved one safely home, but protect it while it must roam”) hot, almost boiling, water (any water will do, but charged waters may help)

combine everything (except the sigil and water) in the bowl. charge with intent, imagining the feeling of being reunited, feeling at home and warm and safe. think of your own pet, especially if they’ve been lost before. remember pets from your past. (the key is you want both the feeling of home and the feeling of emptiness to be present here) channel that energy into the bowl, chanting the following: “be warm, be safe, and find your way.” slowly pour the hot water over everything. 

let the bowl sit while the water cools. play with a pet, watch cat videos, just do something that warms your heart by way of animals! once the water is cool to the touch, retrieve the pebbles and set them in a window to dry and seal. sunlight and moonlight are both great for this part (and yes, either one works!)

keep these in your bag, pocket, or car (wherever you are when you see the most lost pet flyers). when you see a post adorned with one, toss one of the pebbles near it (as close as you can is fine) to cast. 

***note: this concept can be used to make bigger rocks that can be placed/buried under the flyer, particularly for those instances where the pet has been missing for a long time, or there is less chance of finding it (common with “aggressive/dangerous” breeds or black cats)***

To call a lost pet

Place some of your pets favorite food in your pets familiar bowl , light a blue candle next to it and say:

My fair beauty gone astray Please come back to me today. With my yearning heart and wonder please come back to me from yonder.

Leave the candle to burn down, or snuff it out when your pet returns.

“Return Home Safe.” A spell for lost pets.

If you’re pet is lost you can use this to help get them back home safely. This spell is dedicated to @debbiesodashing‘s friend.

What You’ll Need

The missing pet’s already shedded fur

Your pet’s toy

Your pet’s water/food dish

A green candle

A yellow candle

Moon water

Rosemary incense

Garlic

What To Do

Light your candles, place the candles by the edge of the dish, and burn your rosemary incense to get started.

Pour your moon water in, tap the rosemary incense ashes and sprinkle the fur into the dish while picturing your pet.

Take the garlic, hold it in one hand and the your pet’s toy in the other, and while looking at the flames’ reflection chant/think/sing “Please (pet name) return home safe, your time being lost has ended. Please return to the home where you are loved. So may it be.” As many times as you feel is needed.

Blow out the candles but continue to let the incense burn till it’s all done and place those ashes outside your front door.

Wash the hand that handled the garlic thoroughly before handling the toy so no residue can get onto the toy. Garlic is toxic to pets so make sure that they don’t touch each other or make sure the possible residue doesn’t touch the toy either!

Keep your pet’s toy by the front door on the inside until they return home.

Once you’ve found your pet dish wash/hand wash your pet’s dish to make sure nothing is left over that your pet can get sick from.

Tears That Must Be Shed Spell

Purpose: To release sadness when you need to cry but can’t.

Materials:

Rain/Snow Water

Salt

(Optional) Black Candle

Instructions:

Light the black candle, if you have one.

Mix water and salt together.

Place below eyes (NOT IN TEAR DUCT OR ON YOUR WATERLINE, AS THAT CAN BE HARMFUL) to make it seem like tears.

Let the water run, or smear the water if you’d like.

Chant, “Let this water be my tears, Removing all worries, doubts, and fears, Better will I feel again, With these tears my heart will mend,”

Paint Water Creativity Spell

A spell that uses your paint water to bring you creativity and new ideas.

You Will Need:

🎨 Used Paint Water 🎨 Salt 🎨 Bay Leaf (crushed up) 🎨 Glitter 🎨 Stirring stick or spoon 🎨 Jar with a lid

Steps:

🎨 Add your used paint water to the jar

🎨 Add in the salt, crushed bay leaf, and glitter to the water

🎨 Using your stirring stick, stir the mixture clockwise focusing on your intent to bring and promote creativity to yourself

🎨 Stir and focus on your intent until you feel satisfied

🎨 Seal the jar tightly. If desired seal it with wax, tape or a sigil 

🎨 Keep it on your desk or where you usually work

Note: Dump contents every week or two and redo the spell.

Concentration and Motivation Jar Spell

This jar spell is perfect for a school or business situation when you really need to get cracking on a task. Whether it be focusing in class, finishing homework or a project, finishing some taxing paperwork, or more, this spell will help you!

For this spell, I used…

cinnamon powder (focus)

sea salt (protection and cleansing)

sage herb (energy enhancement)

tigers eye shards (strength, courage, and focus)

basil herb (focus, steady the mind)

garnet shards (power, energy)

rosemary herb (memory, concentration)

Anti-Anxiety Jar Spell

This spell is just for what it says! Soothing waves of calm, bracing strength, dulcet tones of anti-anxiety. Use for social presentations/interactions… anything you need anti-anxiety for, I guess!

For this spell, I used…

basil herb (protection/reassurance)

small scrap of paper from a chamomile tea bag (calming)

crushed rose petals (comfort, self love)

amethyst shards (calming, comfort)

a sprig of lavender (calming to the extreme)

sea salt (protection/reassurance)

opal shards (calming/soothing)

sage herb (reassurance)

Family/Loved One(s) Protection Jar

What You’ll Need:

Herbs: (Amount of each herb is up to you, I used about a teaspoon of each except the powdered garlic, which I used a little more of compared to the other herbs)

Powdered Garlic

Ground Black Pepper

Dried Cloves

Crystallized or Ground Ginger

Optional: Cayenne Pepper to enhance each of the herbs power/ energy.

Stones/Crystals (Optional):

Hematite (1 or more, completely up to you)

Other Materials:

Blue or Black Candle.

Jar

Paper

Pen or pencil

Directions:

1. Place or pour all of your herbs and your stone(s) into the jar.

2. Write the names of those you wish to protect (include your name as well) onto pieces of paper (1 piece of paper for each person, so I’d recommend that each piece be small pieces of paper).

3. (For this step if you are interested, you can inscribe a protective sigil into the candle with a knife, but this is completely optional) Light your candle of choice and let the wax melt onto the inside of the jar’s lid. Make sure that you can still close the lid after melting it onto the inside of the lid.

4. Say this as many times as you wish:

“May those I love and myself be protected from all harm so that we may live safely”

5. Blow out the candle and place the pieces of paper into the jar and close the jar.

After the spell is cast, keep the jar in a safe place. I haven’t touched the jar since I casted the spell, so I’m not sure what will happen if you were to open the jar. But I recommend that you don’t open the jar since the candle wax and the incantation basically sealed the spell, meaning that if you were to open it, the spell might break or stop working. So just try to keep it off the side out of harm’s way.

Quick Protection Spell

Add garlic, basil, and salt into a square of foil.

Fold the square into a small envelope. 

Use a pencil to write the name of the person you are protecting onto the envelope (gently to not tear)

To speed the spell along, place in a heated oven until the herbs become fragrant

Carefully removed and set aside in a safe place
