thinks abt the weight of a bladder full of piss... heavy where it sits, trying so hard to press open the urethra with gravity, a soft ache and bulge in the lower belly... a *really* full bladder, you might be able to feel the sway of liquid if you're walking around with it, bouncing against your hole and trying to relieve you but instead just making you more desperate... how any sort of step or belly pat ripples through the liquid stuffing inside you... until it's so full, that it's a struggle to move without leaking, and you can feel the weight swaying inside you if you focus on it, but then again, perhaps you shouldn't-- focus makes the need worse, after all
