THIIIIIS. Honestly, Berkut could have just grabbed a random woman off the street to use as a sacrifice and it would have had the same emotional impact on me- that is to say, none at all. I know some people say it's not supposed to be a tear jerker, it's showing that Berkut finally jumped off slippery slope, but I still don't care. I honestly couldn't bring myself to care about either of these characters (Ian Sinclair's voice was the only reason I even bothered watching any scenes they were in). The only thing Berkut's madness did was make me hate Rudolph even more.

I know Rinea getting sacrificed was meant to be a big tearjerker…but it’s hard to care about a character who does absolutely nothing the entire game. If anything I was just sad that there was no way Berkut could be defeated and recruited after that.
