I had a request over from Fire Emblem Amino to draw Henry so I decided to post it on here as well. I had an inspiration to write a fic based on the drawing too… I’m a bit reluctant to share the drawing as the quality is reaaally bad. My partner’s scanner makes the lines too light and the photo isn’t that better either….

Henry was gleefully stumbling after his crows. Due to his excitement, the dark mage hardly noticed how far he had come from the man-made trails. The forest had gotten thicker and he advanced very slowly among the overgrown bushes and wet tussocks. He was probably a good way from the safety of the camp and thus, from Shephards. Oh well, he wasn’t too worried for his safety. Henry peered into the empty sky save for the clouds covering the sun. Crows had probably found whatever they were looking for and had landed.

FOR THE OTP QUESTIONS: 5 AND 8

Ah, yes....5- (what theme would their wedding be if, they were going to get married). Well, in their REAL canon (which is my fic, The Rising Dark), Nerr and Gunther DO get married at the end, but as it's just a traditional wedding held in low fantasy not!Europe, there's no theme. Now, if they got married in modern times, the theme would "Grimm Fairytales" because Nerr is obsessed with fairytales, and their wedding would *have* to be gothic because they both look so good in black and purple♡ "Poison" Apple spice cake would be their wedding cake, 3-tiers done up with purple ombré fondant and decorated with black (dyed) crystalized roses (I own a lot of bridal mags...). You know what a shiny Mega Gardevoir looks like? That's Nerr's wedding dress. Gunther would of course wear a full suit of armor he had comissioned (not for the wedding, per se- it's just something he wanted for himself), and all the guests would dress as fairies and elves and other fantasy creatures.8- (who likes to playfully pull the other person back to bed) You'd expect this to be Nerr, but no. It's Gunther. As soon as he's around other people, he has to put up that cold, stoic badass facade, partially because it inspires respect when people see him acting like they think a veteran should, and partially because people tend to be bastards to him over him being with someone so much younger than him, and he can't let them know how much their words hurt him. When he's alone with Nerr, he can just relax and be a normal person, so he's reluctant to let her go do Important Commander/Ambassador Stuff. She tends to point out that, for the last ten years, he used to get on her ass about always wanting to stay in bed longer, and now he's actively encouraging it, to which Gunther usually replies along the lines of "Clearly, I'm a hypocrite, Nerr- get over it."Not to mention he's frisky when he wakes up and usually wants a quickie, to which Nerr ususally replies along the lines of "Do whatever you want, just don't wake me up."Nerr and Gunther are both totally okay with the other doing stuff to them while they're asleep (they trust each other not to do anything extreme, like, take out a kidney), but only as long as it doesn't disturb their sleep.
