Hi, we're endogenic and (obviously/lh) support endo systems. Do note that there's a fuckton of discourse on this blog, so please be careful if you're not into that but still wish to follow.

Also in regards to getting anti endo blogs on your dash, the block button does wonders! Unfortunately, it doesn't prevent EVERY anti endo post from ending up on your dash, but it definitely helps a lot. :)

Oof we really need more pro-endo and endo/nontraumagenic system blogs to follow and interact with because tumblr has a nasty habit of filling our “for you” dashboard with anti-endos for some reason and it’s super annoying. So if you’re pro-endo, a nontraumagenic system, etc. then please follow us and we’ll follow you back (the follow will come from our main blog infantalloy though)

gender and sexuality is a fickle thing. sometimes two gay cisgender men will be dating for decades and one of them will turn out to be a transgender woman. a lot of times that won't work out but sometimes it will. her partner may still choose to identify as gay. She might even identify as gay, and they continue to be happily in love. Queer politics isn't going to get any better if you don't accept that situations like that happen every day.

Just for the record:

We’re the ones who coined the original bunch of -genic terminology regarding system origins. (Endogenic, protogenic, etc.) We are an adaptive system with DID, not a singlet.

It was not coined on 4Chan, lmao.

We didn’t coin it to “mock” anyone. We coined them in response to sysmed bullshit– to give both trauma-formed and non-traumagenic systems non-medicalized terms to use. “Endogenic” was also an attempt to move away from the term “natural system”.

We support all system origins.

We did not coin the term “alterhuman”? Not sure where people got that idea, but that 100% wasn’t us.

*gets curious and looks it up* 

*denies having it cause “i don’t relate to this at all”* 

*realizes that they do, diagnostic criteria are just very ridged and don’t provide a lot of explanation* 

*maybe a breakdown or two*

*talks to friends who have it*

*laughing about this anxiety, only for the scary moment of “oh yeah no that sounds like *insert disorder here**

*talks to a therapist if able*

*talks to strangers who have it*

“Maybe it’s not this, maybe it’s this…”

*More research to try to prove themselves wrong*

*realizes all the childhood/teenage moments that should have been a red flag* 

“Well, all these other people have it like this, but mine is different, so I don’t have it!” “No, that’s still a trait/symptom, just less well know or less sensationalized”

*finally coming to terms that maybe you have it*

*depending on what the disorder is, fearing your social life is fucked*

And that’s that. I have never heard of a person going “haha I do that” and calling it a night. There’s always way more to it.

Traumatized Endogenic System flag!

for endogenic systems who have trauma! this may be due to your system not having to do with your trauma, being traumatized after you formed (like us!), or even having alters with exotrauma (also like us)!

Many people see endogenic systems as 'systems without trauma' which simply isn't true, so i decided to make a flag for those who that doesn't apply to!
