(I wasn’t sure what you’re specifically interested in: Kakashi-Naruto dynamics, Kakashi raising Naruto, those two individual characters or Naruto fanfiction in general? But I’ll try my best!)

Naruto is determined to make them appear more often. When pulling pranks and deliberately antagonizing the villagers becomes less and less effective, Naruto flings himself off the Hokage Monument — that seems to do the trick.

Upon realizing what Naruto is doing, Kakashi facepalms so hard, he thinks he sees Obito with long hair.
