In which I play increasingly sloppy licensed movie tie-in games for "entertainment," and the chat enjoys it so much that they pay me to play even more of them. God help me, I'm becoming a reaction streamer.

TONIGHT'S FEATURE STREAM: i will be playing Minecraft for the very first time*, joined by my lovely friends and Minecraft fanatics @jadeghosthill, @harmonyfriends, and @notquiteapex. seriously it took me five minutes to make a crafting table.

*i have actually tried to get into minecraft several times over the years, but i have my own hangups with first-person games, like enemies hitting me from behind and scaring me half to death. that means all of my attempts were creative worlds set to peaceful, none of which lasted more than a week.

i have, however, watched people stream it many times… with a profound sense of envy. and once a friend invited me to their server, i knew it was only a matter of time before i finally cracked and gave it another try. so, with the help of friends, mods, and accessibility tweaks, i'm finally doing it!

In which this love letter to the Y2K era steals my heart! It's stylish, tons of fun, and far more than the sum of its inspirations. Highly recommend 💖

i've been doing so many big multiplayer streams lately that it's been hard to keep up with the chat... which is unfortunate, cause there have been a lot of new and returning folks that i've wanted to say hi to! even if you only popped in for a bit, please know that i really appreciate seeing you 🙇‍♀️
