bantam patchpelts, (less formally called sirens), are the smallest, fastest, and most agile type of faun. they mainly live on apartment complexes, streets with conjoined houses, tourist areas and near playgrounds.

they're very good at climbing, they can climb almost any apartment building, ledge, windowsill or wall. they have much smaller hooves with longer toes to make it easier to grip ledges. their smaller size makes it easier to jump tight corners or squeeze into tight spaces, and they have less mass to take fall damage if they trip.

their brightly colored coats and cuter features (shorter, rounder face and larger eyes) are adaptations to look cuter to humans so they want to feed them. as a result they've become dangerously tame and will do absolutely anything to get a reaction. they'll steal things, rub up against people and follow them around, they've even been seen trying to use money at shops and standing in ques.

if they don't get the reaction or food they want, they get vicious. their teeth and hooves are much sharper than other subspecies of faun. they're also more likely to spread disease,

they mostly eat garbage like all fauns, but will actively hunt cats,dogs, rats and humans that wont feed them. but due to their usual proximity to playgrounds and crowded areas their most common prey is unattended children.
