now that i’ve hit 13k+ and i’m barely ~40% done with this current big fic, i’m wondering if i should rethink how i upload

usually i end up dropping 10k+ fics in one big tumblr post which tumblr was really not designed to do. i was thinking maybe once i start posting this i could make a masterpost with all the chapters, and have it update periodically (one chapter per week, etc) as opposed to one big upload

and ofc it would also be crossposted to ao3 shortly after it drops on tumblr. in that case do y’all care if it’s in ao3 chapters or a oneshot?

i feel like if the fic has already naturally placed “stopping points” then chapters are ok but if that wadnt really something thought of when writing or they just wouldnt flow well apart then one big post is fine especially if there is special formatting to make the fic stand out then one big post is best then again tumblr cant really handle that so chapters would also be a good idea i do think it depends on the kind of fic imo

as generic as this is i feel like sasaki would make a good golden retriever or a shibu based on color maybe one of those black scruffy yorkies for miyano idk dogs are weird

i cant believe i havent yet talked about the very short-lived OTHER pokemon anime that was sadly cancelled way too soon... i was soooooo obsessed with this and watched uploads of it all the time on youtube despite not knowing much english yet! the 4kids dub wasnt too bad either

gotta love how green blushing slightly at red was so sneaky not even the dreaded 4kids noticed lmao. amvs made on windows movie maker always especially loved this crusty jpeg screenshot of them.
