not evil anymore i want to be loved now
U guys might have to bear with another wave of migrations from another social media site this time it's QUOTEV!!! And this isn't like a twitter where elon was like dumb or smthing they:
Have removed the "activity" / "feed" page where you can see all the posts that your friends make, with the latest at the top and refreshing every time someone makes a post. This is like if tumblr removed the home / search / for you / whatever and only let you view posts from someone's page like it's a blog
Are planning to REMOVE MESSAGES on July 1st WTF
Anyways this might be where i finally quit quotev for good wtf
☀️ okay, few days post Quotev shutdown, and I've noticed an alarming amount of users moving immediately to Twitter, which is fine, but I beg to ask:
What the hell was the point of you being on Quotev if you weren't going to use it for it's intended purpose, BUT you had full capability to move to Twitter? If you're gonna use it as a social media platform, by all means go ahead, but at least use the quizzes, stories, and all other features to your full advantage!
Like if you only had access to Quotev and nothin else, that's one thing, but its blatantly obvious that it's not entirely the case as, again, a good chunk of users moved to Twitter/already had Twitter in the first place!!
Okay, I get quitting over the removal of messages/dms and groups, I 100% get that! But most of y'all are leaving cuz of the removal of feed, which.. they didn't even remove the activity itself, you can still hop on people's profiles to see em!! they just removed feed!
It just don't make sense to me, I'm sorry
Anyone else ready for the quotev to tumblr migration
