Sketchbook Dragon

Flightless, a bit awkward at galloping and incapable of breathing fire. This sure is an easy dragon to tackle down, right? that's what some novice hunters said before they got their brains blown out after a loud, imposing bang. The dread inducing Blasting Pyroruptus, a dragon that lost its wings and fire in favour of much deadly weaponry. These horrid beasts use a similar method akin to Pistol shrimps, on land it translates in a different way though. Water is collected from nearby springs, these dragons enjoy living in fields full of sulphur and exposed pools of boiling thermal waters. Their scales have grooves that allow said water to travel towards their massive, fleshy wings; and thus is stored in a little cavity that fits the shape of the thumb or ''trigger''. A well aimed shot is enough to put another dragon out of service, so its recommendable to find a place where to take cover and take its head down first!
