One of my personal favorites of these Zhongli!! He's pretty guys, just, too pretty...
Zhongli: Consulting Lawyer and Ancient Deity wrapped up in one. He's over 6000+ years old, but he can still do yoga better than me.
Type: Dragon Born Hybrid.
Born is specified because there are made hybrids and born hybrids, Born are stronger. However, some made are strong because they come from the source of the animal itself, not made in a lab. Most of these are some form of mythical creature.
I take no credit for the main character used in this, I just thought he was hot and fit the image in my head. He a baddie, but a softie.
Fǔlóng (meaning, beginning dragon)/Scarlet: Concubus and Dragon Hybrid, also popular Performer in Singing and Dancing, Past Deity, First Dragon Hybrid.
Type: First Dragon Hybrid, Made. Concubus and Contract Demon.
He is the exception to strength considering dragon hybrids. He was made but was not made in a lab. Instead, he merged with a dying dragon to then give him all the powers of a normal dragon and then was turned into a concubus so his power quadrupled. He also has wings, a tail, and horns. He can pull them back into his own skin so they look like stylish tattoos. Still has pointy teeth as a human. His wings are like demon wings, leathery and scaled, he has a tail like a dragon that can be relaxed, just having its scales, and can also be turned into attack mode by having all the scales on the top of it pop up like spikes.

- And though you smile too, especially when Jungkook runs around your legs and shrieks in delight- you’d be lying if you said you didn’t feel a tiny- little- minuscule bit of trepidation about moving into a dragon’s den. Would it be basic? would it be basically like living in a cave, would it be warm?
- Whatever it is you’re expecting- Yoongi’s den is definitely not that.

New OC Time!!
Meet Jungle Juice! He is a Fruit Dragon/Dog Hybrid (or a "DraDog" as he loves to call himself) who owns a tiki bar in a tropical jungle that he happens to live in, every creature big and small LOVE to come to his little hut for his amazing specialty Jungle Juice Punch, which is made from the fruit that his magic generates
- His tiki bar is called The Punch Bowl
- He is a very laidback, chill and fun loving creature who loves to take naps in his hammock, drink fruit punch, swim in the rivers in his home habitat and overall just hang loose and be the life of the party to his customers and friends.
- He may come off a lot of the time as a "absent minded dope" and rarely gets mad. But he is a very good business man and if you ever try to steal from him or try to underhandedly take down his bar, his dragon part of himself will surely come through
-He is a very good friend of Banana Zap's and they all have a "support group" of sorts that's basically most of the dragon hybrids that happen to exist (in my OC universe they belong in at least)
- He smells like apples and holly berries
- He is Pansexual/Ambonec (any and all pronouns)

How do dragons in your world view the passage of time with such a long life expectancy? Is everything painfully slow for them or incredibly fast?
Most dragons aren’t immortal, with anything less than a purple dragon living only a few centuries. But the ones that live longer tend to focus much more on hobbies and relationships. Many of the night dragons are in kahoots with some of the most powerful kingdoms in the world to go over historical events and correct them.
Draconic literature is also quite popular in places such as Kio and Corkus, where dragons are idolized. However, in places like Runa, dragons are not considered welcome and are often hunted for sport.
I also forgot to clarify in the original post, but the dragons of Alterra are able cross-breed with certain humanoid species, which lead to people with a lot of draconic features. These include long lizard tails, subtle horns, wings (whether or not they are functional depends on the type of dragon), long black tongues, and small patches of scales in the color of the original dragon. Red dragons have the unique ability of granting human-red dragon crossbreeds a draconic form that is slightly larger than any of the lesser dragons. They can change form between hybrid and draconic form at will, but this takes a few days to a week to learn, and months to gain full control over.
To answer your original question, dragons tend to see time faster than we do, but still live life to the fullest.
