Aside from that she's been dead for years meaning she's atleast close to a hundred now if not over (I wish there were more variety in character ages when everyone is literally technically immortal. Especially Charlie. Only making her 200 is a bit underwhelming.) Her body is not underdeveloped, is most definitely past teen years physically. She's just short.
