They could have put some emphasis on Gus' fixation on the Human Realm being a form of escapism from a world that he feels manipulates and underestimates him. He wants to visit the world beyond where being a magical prodigy doesn't mean anything, and Gus can just be Gus. And then they could have paralleled that with Luz who saw the Boiling Isles as her escape from a world that didn't understand her. Both of them viewing each others' world as the solotion to their constant feeling of otherness but they begin to realize through knowing the other that maybe its not the world they inhabit but they people they surround themselves with that really matter and and and and and

okay so my parents actually got me a whole egg recipes cookbook because I love eggs so much and there is one form I adore that isnt on the list and its technically eggs and sugar but we will have to look past it Its called kogel mogel and basically what you do is you separete the yolk and the white you beat the yolk with some sugar until fluffy and you can leave it at that and throw away the white or use it in a different recipe or beat it aswell and combine its super simple and really good and if you do it a lot and save the whites you can make meringue or some other cake thats what my aunt always does for christmas Also fried as a side with potatoes is divine
