After Tanjiro told Inosuke he also lived in the mountains growing up, Inosuke took that to mean that Tanjiro was exactly like him and therefore lets him in on his inside jokes but offers no explanation as to what they mean. Tanjiro never has a damn clue what he’s getting at but he chooses to stay quiet about it because he likes the way Inosuke lets down his guard around him and how he smiles and laughs more because of it.
