Summary: Coming home to Sam having a long day, you try and comfort in the best way you know how.

A/N: Hello!! This is my first Sam request; I’ve been putting this one off for a second because I got attached to the request and wanted to make sure I was for sure content with how it turned out!! I hope all my Sam simps like this one, I did this for you :)

ALSO, um sad-ist animation is out now and I am not okay.  Like there are so many small details that just destroy me.  If you haven’t seen it, go watch it NOW it’s so good.  

Turning the keys, you push open the heavy door to your shared apartment.  Quietly setting down your keys and wallet down on the counter in case Sam was streaming.  Making your way to his office, you place your ear against the door attempting to see if he was currently streaming.  

Not hearing anything you push open the door.  Your eyes scan the dark room in search of your tall boyfriend.  Seeing his hunched form slumped over his desk, his head resting on his arms.

the image of dream slowly putting down the old telephone and collapsing on his bed after holding the phone in his hands for 5 minutes straight. Knowing the cord had been cut, he starts to cry while trying to redial George’s number with no response. He wants to hear his voice one last time. He wants to kiss him. He wants to see him.
