I just realized that in Flowers From 1970

Dream would have woken up on the day George was born, probably knowing that this was the day the love of his life was finally in this world with him...

Wtf did he do that day? Did he silently whisper "Happy birthday" while smiling to himself? Does he do that whenever it's George's birthday? Did he keep count of George's age? Cuz he definitely knows, right???
