I’ve named this Half-Ass Relish because it’s a bunch of small quantities of vegetables all mixed 😂

Tuesdays and Thursdays are for sensory play! My 5 month old had much more fun with whipped cream while my 16 month old currently prefers to tinker in the garden.

Salsa Sunday

This is a recipe I’ve been tinkering with for a few batches and I think I got it down now. Really like how this turns out, I can’t stop eating it

This is a recipe for a single batch (about 2qts):

3lbs Tomatoes

1lbs Peppers

1 White Onion

1-2 Jalapeños (or to taste. Or use whatever hot pepper you’d like. Or none at all, the world is your oyster)

3-4 large garlic cloves

2 tsp Salt

1/2 cup White Vinegar

I’ll be making about 8qts of this today and canning it for later use
