Hi! First, I Just Want You To Say That You Are One Of My Biggest Inspirations Not Only Creatively Wise
hi! first, I just want you to say that you are one of my biggest inspirations not only creatively wise but also life wise!
my question is: how can someone start their own music career? example, how could someone get beats or produce them themselves, write lyrics, record, mix and master all that stuff! thank u for your time!
this question is hard to answer, i feel like no two trajectories are alike. i think the most important thing is finding out what music you are making or what music you want to make. and making sure you are good as fuck at nailing that vibe whatever it may be. do not reference or try to be like anyone out right now. i hate this new trend on tik tok pushing where people are so "do u like this artist? then check out my new song!" i see a lot of small artist starting out doing that format and i wish i could shake them by the shoulders and tell them that doesnt work. a cool visual makes me want to find out more about an artist, cool imagery. i feel like you shouldn't try to be anyone else or tell people you are similar to anyone else. it has to come from within. find producers u think are sick, deep dig on soundcloud, ig, twitter, anywhere. hit them up, try stuff on garageband, experiment, fuck with ur vocals on a shitty mic from facebook marketplace. have a friend shoot some pics of u on a digital camera, film stuff on a webcam, hit up local videographers and make visuals. you don't need a ton of money or connections you just need a clear vision and some internet access.

coming to terms with my sexuality and accepting myself has not only ended the 22 years of consistent and wrecking identity crisis's, but it has also made me so much happier. i didn't know i could live a life of happiness and that denying who i am, was the core problem all along.
i wish homophobia and bigotry didn't exist because little me deserved to accept herself and know herself at a younger age, instead of spending all my life running from who i am, and trying to be someone i will never be and never want to be.
