My brain's been thinking about the recycled au when I realized the angst potential of literally any of them getting sick

so I thought I'd share that quick thought with the class real quick-

As a fun fact, Pebbles is gonna get sick fairly often, but he's actually very able to deal with it. He'll complain a bunch, but he kind of just goes about his day.

Sig rarely gets sick, but when he does, it hits him like a truck full of bricks, and he is not getting out of bed until he's better.

Suns is somewhere in the middle, they don't get sick much, and when they do it's mild suffering but they attempt to live their life.

Moon is one of the few Pebbles is comfortable enough with to sleep near. The others are Suns, Sig and Arti!

Breach is a modern AU, mostly off the string. Signet here DOES have a can, but isn't there often, and Pebbles straight up does not have a can. These refs sheets are also minimal for a reason, because the height chart I'm gonna have with all four is gonna have so. So very much info.

For a little short bit, Sig is a technician and his can functions as a massive factory, while Pebbles is a faulty combat puppet who works as a lab assistant for Suns, who in turn is a medical facility.

This can only end well. :3

Recycled: Fix it AU but post Saint, taking this bitch serious cause I love them.

VibeSwap: Full self indulgence, I am not taking it serious, they're just neat.

Breach: Burn it to the ground modern AU, off the string mostly, I'm going to make people suffer. :3

I can't tell if the fight Pebbles and Sig had was verbal or physical, but at least it finally made him get some much needed help.

The fight they have will be verbal, I actually already have that chapter written out (because I'm horrible at writing in chronological order). Chapter four is currently being written and it gives a little world building and Exposition.

As for the robe, he did ask for it to be thrown away, quoting Inno by saying it's "just a rag" but Arti keeps it. She's got plans. :3

So I was looking through old art

I'd totally forgotten about this guy. Boreal is part of a local group that was made specifically because the Ancients were like "Well y'know how we fucked up the environment? Let's try and fix that."

Choking Dust (Boreal's husband) was built in a desert and his whole purpose is to dig up fossils and extract preserved corpses from tar pits. He identifies them, and then sends these samples to Boreal.

Boreal is designed to be a genetics powerhouse, his job is to find the entire ancestry leading off from these samples, find living, modern day relatives, and Jurassic Park this bitch to bring extinct animals and plants back to life. He is able to go off the string in order to help maintain Dust, hence why they got so close.

Finally, there's Ghosts of Paradise, whose entire thing is to monitor the ecosystem around himself and keep it in balance, and he's where any successful projects go. He's basically a tea loving hippie, and Dust and Boreal consider him their son.

And I'm absolutely gonna Recycle the three.

A Little World Building

As stated on his ref, Sig is a guard, or city guardian. Halcyon, where he and the others live, is an outskirts city, one more out in the wilds where wild animals are more of a threat to daily life. So, the city is walled, and guardians are employed to keep them out, and to hunt down fugitives who use the uninhabited wilderness to hide.

Halcyon city is also in a colder climate. The hottest it has ever gotten on record is about 86 degrees Fahrenheit, and the coldest is -30. The average highest in summer is 75, average coldest in winter is -5.
