Still, I just dont think that these are gonna be too dangerous. I'm not really sure what goes into people's heads because from how they react it sounds like they're thinking more "guillotine" than "paper cutter"
Though I dunno. Can you cut off a hand or an arm with one of these? I'd think not but...
