I used to have times when I was so into workouts but recently I just gave up. Gosh, I am no where near physical exercises. Keep it up with your workouts tho.

I do dance covers and what I do know is girl choreos are more arm workouts and boy choreos will leave you breathless. yeah, there r some exceptions but its good you r doing the workout ver. You can keep going like this. but dont strain yourself too much. take care.
