okay hear me out again.

needy and angry tate langdon. quick fucking in a corner of the house.

"Tate...wait.. my dad is in the next roo-....gh.." you try to articulate as tate speed up his wild thrusts, his warm breath on your neck and his shaky whimpers caressing your ears. "I'm sorry... i'm sorry i need...i need it...". you put a hand on your mouth, squeezed between the wall under the stairs and tates aroused body. he was so good. he was so fucking good. you loved it so much when tate was angry. he totally let himself go and always count on you to help him. he pulls his head back slightly to press his forehead against yours, moaning in pleasure as quietly as possible. "your dad...he told me i was afraid...of rejection..." he whispers between two moans, his hands squeezing your waist. "I think he's right..." you answer, panting, your lips sticked to his. He raises his head, his dark eyes half hidden by his fluffy blond hair, staring at you as he pound you more and more. "you'll never... reject me, right ?" you grabbed his hair and kissed him wildly, stifling one of his moans. "if i dare to do it one day... i allow you to kill me" you whisper weakly against his lips, his eyes locked on yours, feeling the orgasm coming for you two. tate let out a groan as he cums with you, his seed filling your shivering body. "...then...you are warned." he says finally, breathless, holding you tightly as he catches his breath while you come back to your senses, his lips caressing your right ear with simple words . "never leave me. ever."

Best friend reader and Jason as kids?

Batman noted he was going to have to work on Jason's awareness.

The boy had never once noticed him since he'd gotten off the bus, making his way steadily to his old neighborhood. He had a destination in mind, that much was sure. It was a path he'd walked hundreds of times.

But it wasn't until he stopped under an apartment window, picking up a handful of gravel and tossing it gently up to tap the glass. Bruce blinked for a second when a girl's face- a girl about Jason's age, appeared in the window.

She too, looked malnourished, her clothes were old and worn, the fabric thin in spots from laundromat abuse. But when she tackles Jason, wrapping her arms around him in a hug. Bruce feels himself melt, just a little. Jason's every guard fell down and he kissed her on the cheek- a last little vestige of childish innocence. Not remotely adult, an impulsive gesture of affection.

He listened in the shadows of the rooftop, after Jason checked to make sure you were alone. And while he didn't explain about bing Robin. Or Bruce being Batman, he explained how he came to live at the Manor. Why he'd disappeared.

"How'd you know they're not looking for you?"

Jason shrugged, getting into his knapsack and pulling out a jacket. A new red one. The material still stiff and the zipper still shiny. "Not your problem," he said. "Take this," he said. "It's too small. And it's getting cold."

"Jay-"

"No one's gonna notice," he said, "C'mon you chicken."

Bruce can't see the look you give Jason, but his grin is telling enough as he quickly takes your old jacket from you and pushes you to put the new one on- and then the look of satisfaction when some of your intermittent shivers slow.

"I missed you," you tell him, a thank you that isn't a thank you. But Jason hears it all the same.

"I missed you too," he answered. "How's your mom?"

"She's mom," you snort. "But I made enough to pay rent. So I just gotta move my stash and hide it better."

Jason nodded, "Did you eat? I can't stay long I just wanted to-"

"Yeah. Picked up at Chow's running food- tips and some fried rice for a few hours of riding."

Jason nodded again and checked his watch, "I gotta-"

"It's okay," you answer, hugging him. "Be good. Or at least be careful."

"I will," he promised, hugging you back and burying his face in the crook of your neck.

And Bruce smiled a little. What was on more tuition? Maybe if he put you at the Academy with Jason is would make things a little easier- and he'd be lying if he said he wouldn't enjoy the headmaster being given a run for his money. The man was a frightful snob.

Can we please get more scruffy!reader where Jason thinks refers on drugs but it actually her bipolar disorder

This is not that but-

Jason tucked you closer to his side and helped you up the steps. You're still exhausted. And now he knows, very depressed. But you feel like being out and about today- not out out. But. Out enough to see the family. And least he thinks. Until you freeze at the threshold. Rooted in place so suddenly and so completely that when Jason steps past you, the chill where you'd been standing stops him short.

"Pockets," he coaxes, "C'mon it's cold out here."

"I should go home," you murmur, wrapping your arms around yourself. Like it was going to protect you. "I shouldn't-"

"Hey." Jason stepped closer to you and squeezed your shoulders. "No one is mad at you, baby."

"I just. I can't." You struggle to find the words to say that you're humiliated. That you feel like a fraud. That your feet hurt and all you want is to curl up in your bed and sleep. Because you don't feel anything when you're asleep and this is oppressive.

"At least come let me get stuff to rebandage your feet, kay? Tell Bruce what you decided about school for now- I'll tell him. And then we can go? We'll go put you to bed for a while." He doesn't wait for an answer. Instead, he just sweeps you up off your feet to carry you. He figured that way you could give your feet a break and be held at the same time. And when you don't protest, settling in his arms like a rag doll, Jason kisses the top of your head. "It'll be fine, Pockets."

"Good lord," Alfred said blinking, "Is everything alright?" Jason cradled you in his arms and you hid your face in his neck- he couldn't tell if you were asleep or injured you were so still.

"Came to steal some bandages and talk to Bruce," Jason said, following Alfred through to a salon. One that had a comfortable sofa to lay you on. Thankful when the Butler correctly assessed that this wasn't a snit and took your coat before deftly handing Jason a blanket for you.

"Let's just get some supplies," Alfred said unperturbed, trying not to let on how worried he was. He'd not seen you at a point that low since you were 16. He clapped Jason on the shoulder and squeezed, "Will you be alright here for a while?"

You nod silently, not able to look up at him, And Alfred smiled sadly. "Alright, then. Call if you need anything?"

"I'm just tired," you murmur.

Jason slid your shoes off carefully and tucked your feet under the blanket, "Just rest for a little while," he hummed. "I'll be back."

"Okay."

And when you curl up, with no choice but to close your eyes and wait, Jason lets Alfred lead him out of the room.

_____________

Bruce puts the basket down on the side table quietly and looks down at you. You're not Asleep, he knows. Your breathing isn't even enough ad there's tension in your face that shouldn't be there. But. You ALMOST pass muster.

He sits on the end of the sofa, lifting your feet up gently to prop them on his thigh and get a look at them- make sure things are healing properly.

When he starts to unbandage them and you Jerk your foot out of his lap with a hiss, Bruce winces in contrition, "Sorry," he said, "I should have known it was gonna be a little tender still."

"I can do it," you murmur, "It's fine."

"Y/N," he said, gently but firmly reclaiming your foot, "You can't see the bottoms of your feet. Not well anyway."

"Bruce-"

"How are you feeling?" he asked, hoping that if he irritated you, just a little he could see some of the spark flicker. Just a little.

But all he gets is a tiny little shrug as you shrink into yourself. And Bruce feels a stab of pain behind his ribs. He could see it now. All the signs that something just wasn't quite right. Periods of time where you slept a couple hours and bounced out of bed feeling fine. The periods of time where you basically just were sleep walking. And he can see how- horrible you feel. Guilty and ashamed. For something you couldn't change. Something that wasn't your fault.

So for a few minutes, he lets you have silence. Working on unwrapping bandages so he could see the damage firsthand. "When you're ready," he said, keeping his voice steady, "you can go back to school."

"I'm sorry," you murmur, "I just couldn't-"

"There's nothing to be sorry for," Bruce interjected. "I was going to talk to you about taking a little break anyway. You've been working through school at a breakneck pace since Jason died- It's not- Not that there's anything wrong with that, necessarily. But I thought you could help me with a project."

"I understand if you don't want me to do it. Or want me with Jason I tried to break up with him and he just wouldn't let me and I don't know-I know you never really wanted us together." You break off when Bruce looks up at you, wrapping your arms around yourself and looking down. Not sure how to read the look on his face. Hoping he doesn't yell. Because if he yells you'll cry and you feel like you can't stop crying.

The stab of pain behind his ribs intensified and Bruce looked down to look at your feet, carefully applying antibiotics and making a note to tell Jason to keep a careful eye on some of the deeper cuts. "I can't think of anyone better for the job," Bruce said honestly. "Or anyone else Jason should be with." He can feel you tense. Waiting for the "but". There isn't one coming though. "I just didn't like it," he said, "Because when I watch you two walk next to each other you're still kids- literal babies that should NOT be looking at each other like that." When you snort, he smiles just a little. There you are. "And as far as a job goes- I've had this in mind for you for a while." He pauses and fixes the bandages in place carefully, "When you feel better. And when you're ready, just call."

"Bruce-"

"You don't have to suffer," he said gently. "You don't need penance. You don't need to be scolded. You need help." He tucked your feet back under the blanket and looked at you. "This isn't your fault. And I'm sorry it's your responsibility- but. If anyone can figure this out, it's you Pockets."

"You're not mad at me for dropping out?"

"You need time," Bruce said. "You needed to let something go- and I'm proud of you for doing something that hard." He smiled a little. He never thought he'd be proud of a kid for dropping out but- go figure, it was the last one he ever expected to do it. "You can go back when you're ready. You can take the job when you're ready. Right now, just- just focus on getting better. We were all worried about you."

Dizzy to a point it was like a drum was being bashed against your head, you scurried off to a more secluded room in hopes of finding peace. Hand massaging your temple, you tried to block out the noise of gunshots and Bonten's number two laughing maniacally as he executed another round of traitors in the torture chamber along with the other members there to watch. If you had the chance to skip today's meeting, you would have done so in a heartbeat for your head was close to splitting into two after mulling over the fact you discovered yesterday morning.

An ordinary Friday morning it was as you slipped out of the freshly laundered sheets. Ignoring the tiny snores from the dark-haired man still off in dreamland, you then proceed to do your morning routine from brushing your teeth to making breakfast for two. The penthouse which Koko bought for you was quiet save for the sizzling bacon in a pan and for the soft music you played on your phone. Tokyo's skytree was visible from afar as the sun started to appear. Its gentle light flooding into the glass windows.

Stretching your aching back due to last night's strenuous activities which you could only blame on the man still fast asleep, you stifled a yawn as you watched the fat bubble around the meat and the sunny side up eggs next to the bacon.

You didn't know why the ugly yellow color made you sick—it may have been the stench of the egg or the bacon's raw scent—but you turned the stove off before rushing to the nearest bathroom to puke your dinner on the toilet. Gripping the cool porcelain, a frown settled on your features as you flushed the disgusting remnants of the oriental dish you ate last night. Memories of drinking the night away with your fellow executives flashing in your eyes. With a huff, you got up and proceeded to brush your teeth again out of frustration.

You didn't know why you were suddenly feeling sick that you had to puke, but it was enough for you to pray for it to never happen again.

Punishing traitorous rats were more welcomed than puking your guts out.

Heading back to the kitchen, you were greeted by the sight of Kakucho leaning against the counter, shirtless and drinking the coffee you made him. Upon seeing you, he smiled softly.

"Good morning, [Y/N]. Slept well?"

You returned the smile, albeit with the lack of enthusiasm you usually had.

"I did. How about you?"

"Perfectly."

"Well, obviously. You have me to warm the bed," you lightheartedly joked, earning a chuckle from the usually stoic man. Ignoring his intense stare, you proceed to finish cooking until you felt his strong arms wrapping around your waist. Bare chest against your back, making your cheeks flush as last night's escapade came coming back as Kakucho pressed his lips against your neck. Kissing the skin under your ear, he whispered.

"And I'd be the luckiest man to walk the earth to have you warm my bed any time, any day..."

Grabbing your chin, Kakucho gently turned your head to his and captured your lips.

"To kiss you and to have these pretty lips wrapped around my cock..." Kakucho whispered in between kisses, he smirked at your breathlessness. "Any man would be willing to kill to be in my position right now."

You couldn't help but snort. "Baby, you shouldn't say that. What if Sanzu happens to hear that from you?"

Kakucho chuckled before capturing your lips again. Humming, your concerns for your well-being momentarily dissipated from your mind as you reciprocate Kakucho's affections. That was until he finished showering and was getting ready to go.

Nose scrunched up, your hand immediately flew up to your nose and pinched it to prevent more of the strong scent to invade your nostrils. Kakucho's cologne never reaches such intensity that it has become this nauseating. You even welcomed such a musky scent to stain your carpet, to always remind you of him whenever he was away—same with the rest who left their bottles of cologne and perfume on your nightstand. So why was it making your head ache now?

Of course, your disgusted expression never slipped past the dark-haired executive's gaze. Brows raised, he asked slowly, "Is it... too much?" he placed the black bottle down, hesitating to approach you since you kept backing away. Craving fresh air like the scent seemed to act like a boa constrictor, causing you to feel claustrophobic.

"I-I'm fine," you managed to answer, sending him a reassuring smile. "I guess my nose is quite sensitive today. Even this morning while making breakfast, I've been feeling a bit sick."

Hearing your statement, Kakucho's confused features quickly turned to one filled with concern.

"Do you want to go to a clinic? Perhaps I can take you there right now—"

"N-no, no. It's alright." You waved off his suggestion, partly due to how you were afraid of whatever result may come out after a quick check-up. You would rather go alone anyway than cause anyone trouble. "I'll go to the clinic in a few. You still have to do what Mikey tasked you..." When you sensed his doubt, you continued to smile. "Don't worry too much, baby. I'm sure this is just the passing flu or something. I hardly get sick after all."

"If you say so..." Kakucho sighed, resuming on fixing his tie which you would normally do. Except for today, you wouldn't even come close to him. He may not admit it aloud, but he kind of wished he never put on the cologne if you were going to act this way.

Just as he was about to leave, he gave you one last glance.

"Are you sure you want to go there alone?"

You nodded, weakly smiling. Kakucho returned the gesture and left. The moment his back was turned to you, you paled as millions of scenarios raced through your mind as you prepared to head down to the clinic.

And how right you were on not taking up Kakucho's offer as you blinked at the test results later presented to you by the doctor behind the desk, pointing at the paper as she beamed happily for you. Clearly oblivious to your inner turmoil and that you were one of Bonten's dangerous assassins. Not that you could blame her for taking you in as a normal citizen with the way you were sweating and trembling on your seat.

"C-could you... say that again?"

"I said, congratulations, [L/N]. You're six weeks pregnant."

For Two | Bonten X Reader

Anyone in your position would be afraid.

One, you were in Bonten and one of its executives. Missions would be harder to achieve and there was no way Mikey nor the others would allow you to participate. There would definitely be a lot of restrictions. Two, you didn't know who the father was and whether they wanted to keep the child.

Did you even want to keep it?

Do you even want them to know?

Marriage was out of the question. You were quite happy with the current setup, dating seven of the higher-ups. It has been three years since you joined the organization—be on equal footing as these men and two years since you had agreed to such a polyamorous relationship. Well, not that you had a choice. You would rather avoid becoming the sole reason as to how an inner conflict started. And not that you were against dating them despite how crazy it sounded. After all, sharing was caring.

But it was moments like these—the unexpected that come crashing down on a perfect setup. And for once, you were afraid of what they would think.

I made sure to drink my birth control pills... Even have plan B ready at any time and they often use protection.

Where did I go wrong?

"[Y/N], what are you doing back here?"

Looking up from the ground you have been staring at hopelessly, you came face to face with the younger Haitani brother. His lilac irises boring into you with great interest, especially since you tend to watch the show Sanzu always puts on in the torture room. To see you here at the back, all by yourself, was a rare occurrence.

"I... " you began, unsure what to say as you licked your chapped lips. Rindou's curious stare morphed into intrigue as you formulated your sentence. "I got a bit dizzy. Yeah, it's a bit hot in there so I had to step out for a bit."

You blinked when Rindou's frame suddenly came up close, holding his palm against your forehead as he checked your temperature. Silence blanketed over you two for a few moments before he backed away with a bewildered expression.

"Your temperature is normal. You don't even look sick to me," he mumbled, squinting at your face as if he could spot any hints from there as to why you were feeling lightheaded. "Did you eat something strange last night?" At the possibility that you ate a rotten dish or that an expired ingredient was added to your meal last night, Rindou smirked wickedly. "What do you say, doll? Do you want to drive down to the restaurant and demand answers? Maybe putting a bullet to their heads will make you feel better, huh? What do you say?"

Expecting you to agree to his idea, Rindou was flabbergasted when you shook your head and quietly sighed. "I don't think it's their fault, Rindou... Perhaps I just need rest."

"What? Did Kakucho go too hard on you last night?" Rindou laughed, snaking an arm around your waist and bringing you close to him. Softly threading his fingers through your hair, you swore you saw his eyes narrow when you didn't answer. "Doll, did he hurt you?"

"No, of course not," your reply was instant, trying to push Rindou away at the absurd idea but his grip tightened around you. He refused to let you go. "Kakucho would never do anything of the sort."

"Then tell me... You already seem to know the answer but you won't share. Why? Is it so much of a secret?" Tilting your chin up, he whispered against your lips. "A secret you can't even confide with me? And here I thought we should never keep secrets from one another, doll."

The manipulative bastard was up to no good and you knew the longer you were in his embrace, the best chance Rindou would get the truth out of you. However, there was no way out.

"Rindou, I..."

"You can always tell me, doll. You know that I'll always love you no matter what." Rindou grinned, loving your soft moans as he nipped on your lower lip. "But I bet you would rather let me fuck it out of you, huh? My little slut. Are you acting this way because Kakucho didn't please you well? Or one dick won't suffice anymore after tasting everyone?"

He inhaled the lingering scent of your shampoo, lips tickling the skin of your cheek and neck. Teeth begging to sink into your flesh and just claim you there in the secluded room, not caring who may catch you two as he buries his thick cock into your welcoming cunt. After all, your fucked out face was a stranger to none other than Mochi.

The poor old dude almost had a heart attack when he caught you bent over Mikey's desk once. Since then, he tried to avoid you whenever you were alone with one of them and for a good reason.

And even if Rindou were to kiss the living lights out of you, this was a secret no one has to know yet.

"Rindou, we can't," you hissed, palm against his handsome face, and pushed it away. The grunt he gave was anything but pleased as his brows were pinched together at your weird behavior. You wouldn't have rejected his offer and it was at that moment he knew something was up. Yet, before he could even get to that part, a low whistle broke the atmosphere of the secluded room.

"Dear brother, didn't Takeomi order us to stay and watch?" Ran's lazy eyes shifted between you and Rindou. Then, a smirk settled on the older Haitani's lips. "Although, I won't mind what you're doing unless I get to join."

"And what if I fucking say no?"

"Enough," you managed to say as you got out of Rindou's embrace. Fixing your hair and skirt, you exhaled as your mood plummeted down further today. Without as much of a glance at the two brothers, you left the room and made your way to your office in hopes of hiding your sick disposition.

For Two | Bonten X Reader

"You're not going to drink?"

You shook your head at Takeomi's offer. The wine sloshing in his own glass was tempting, especially with yours being empty.

Having been invited to his office to unwind and escape the Haitani's judging gazes, you immediately jumped on the offer. Takeomi was seldomly free, but tonight was an exception. For tonight, it was his turn to take you home. And as you would've wanted that, it was best to postpone it. The only problem was how to say it and not hurt the man's feelings.

Not that he would admit that.

This is why you were sitting on the couch across his desk, pondering and formulating the words to say.

"What's wrong, beautiful? You've been awfully quiet since earlier," Takeomi inquired, facing the city below him as he swirled the dark liquid around the glass. "Kakucho even mentioned to me that you've been feeling under the weather."

"Yes, that is definitely true," you mumbled, crossing your arms as you glared at the empty wine glass. "I was actually here to inform you about it..."

"I see." His baritone voice echoed in the silent office, save from the air conditioner whirling in the background. "And due to this, you're also here to tell me we couldn't spend the night together. Am I right?"

Dropping your head guiltily, you nodded. Blame it on the hormones of the pregnancy, but you couldn't help but shed a few tears at his tone that seemed disappointed.

"I'm sorry, O-Omi..."

The man blinked and did a double-take once he heard your voice waver. Like lightning, in a flash, he was right beside you and knelt to cup your whole face damp with tears. The wine was forgotten as some spilled on the ground.

"[Y/N], why are you crying? Did I say something that may have offended you?" When your sobs grew louder, he was sweating bullets. "I promise, beautiful, I'm not disappointed nor angry at you. Sometimes, things get out of hand and we fall ill. But I'm not blaming you... Please, don't cry."

Holding you close to his chest, Takeomi hugged you tight as you cried in his arms. If you were not shedding tears, you could've had front row tickets of seeing Bonten's advisor staring down at you in utter helplessness—a complete contrast to his usually impassive features. He may have mastered the art of war and whatnot, but he was completely lost on how to comfort you. However, his choice in just holding you and patting your back until your sobs subsided worked as you were now sniffling, wiping your nose with the handkerchief he gave you.

"I'm sorry, Omi..." You groaned, mindlessly wiping your tears. "I don't even know why I'm crying. Fuck."

"It's alright, beautiful." Takeomi grinned, leaning close to plant a kiss on your forehead. It immediately calmed you down. "I'd rather you let all your emotions out than bottle it all up."

"Mhm." Kissing him again, you hummed into his mouth and the taste of wine on his tongue. Hand roaming his broad back and up to his hair, pulling the ends.

"S-stop, [Y/N]..." Takeomi cleared his throat, averting his gaze from you. Fighting back the urge to take you right there on the couch—to remember how tight and warm it was inside you. With how pink and swollen your lips were, he was afraid he'd devour them to a point he'll be unable to let go of you. He was sure his patience was thinning, especially with how you cocked your head to the side in confusion at his command. The tent of his pants grew tighter, hand gripping his thighs out of self-control.

"Stop?"

All Takeomi had to do was point down to his hard member for you to take the hint. Apologies immediately flooded the silence, but Takeomi swore none of them held an ounce of remorse. Especially with how you fought hard to grin at his longing stare. Shaking his head, he rose from his position to tuck back a stray strand of hair from your face.

"The things you do to me, beautiful." He muttered, loving how your eyes sparkled. "Do tell me once you feel well..." He pecked your lips one last time, missing how they wrap around his digits as he fingered you with his free hand. Digging the pocket of his slacks to pull out a cigarette, Takeomi smirked. "We'll have so much fun next time."

"Likewise."

Takeomi laughed, then took out his phone. He fiddled with the gadget for a moment before facing you once more. "You may go now, beautiful. I've sent word for Ran to drive you home." Lastly, he added with a smile. "Don't worry, I told him not to try anything."

Even with the reassurance from Takeomi as he bid you farewell, you knew Ran Haitani was akin to a mystery box. Never knowing what he had under his sleeves.

"Are you pregnant?"

At Ran's accusatory tone, your body went rigid. Eyes unable to meet his as they flickered side to side, anywhere but his. You even considered leaving the car, but it would be too impulsive to do so when you were in the middle of the road. Instead, you inhaled sharply as you remained calm.

"W-what brought you to that conclusion?"

"You seem... moody." Ran shrugged, returning his gaze on the road as the light went green. "Well, it might just be because you're on your period or leading up to that time of the month. You can always tell us, darling. No need to be so shy. Most of us have already seen your pretty pussy, so I don't see why you have to be embarrassed to tell us instead of all these mind games."

"Mind games?" You scoffed, not liking where this was going. Ran always had a knack for trying to know every single detail that is happening in your life. At times you found it endearing, but right not, it wasn't helping. "Well, you may fuck this pussy but it doesn't mean you have to know every business it does! What right do you have?"

It was the older Haitani's turn to huff. "Are we really going down there? Darling, I know Takeomi told me you are under the weather, but perhaps what you have is amnesia instead of the mere flu." Ran laughed humorlessly, eyes still on the road. "Let me remind you then that I'm your lover."

"A lover you say? Funny how you sometimes act like you're my dad instead."

"That's not funny, darling."

"Of course it isn't." You exhaled deeply, observing the cars passing by Ran's vehicle. "Let's just stop this silly banter. I'm tired and I just want to sleep."

"You haven't answered my question yet, [Y/N]."

"No, I'm not pregnant. Happy now?" Lying through your teeth has become easier and is now a honed skill since becoming an executive. You think it is indeed a blessing for your enemies wouldn't be able to guess you were either bluffing or not.

However, there were often times it backfired and always ended up with you hurting more than you realize.

Ran sighed out of relief at your response. "That's more like it. For a second, I thought you were. You shouldn't really keep me in suspense, darling. Someday, you will really give me a heart attack!"

A pang of pain was inflicted in your chest at his words. You didn't know why it even affected you this way. Ran didn't know you were pregnant nor what was going through your mind right now. It was only reasonable for him to act this way—but it didn't make you feel better.

You really didn't want to ask. Just keep quiet until you got home, there was no point in asking...

But curiosity always caught the cat and you spilled your question the moment Ran parked the car.

"Why?" You couldn't help but ask in a small voice. "If I were pregnant, are you going to tell me to get rid of it?"

"What are you talking about?"

Of course, he would be confused. He doesn't know.

Shaking your head, you sent him a small smile before kissing his cheek. "Nothing. Thank you for taking me home, Ran. You don't have to escort me to the elevator. Have a good night."

Your seatbelt was instantly unclasped and you got out of the car as fast as you can, fearing Ran's reaction or his answer as you walked to the elevators. You didn't even hear the door to the driver's seat open and shut as you went up the few flights of stairs. Legs wobbling as you climbed the last step, losing their strength.

"Darling, careful!" Ran almost shouted, heart racing. The rise of the beat and speed was evident due to his hold on your wrist as he steadied you. Eyes wide at what just occurred, you were speechless as the purple-haired man held his heart out of shock. You were so close to kissing the stairs and hurting yourself. Instinctively, you wrapped your arms around your stomach.

So close.

"Darling, are you okay?" Ran questioned, searching for any bruise or signs of injury on your body. You merely nodded as you stood there, heart racing. Once he made sure you were alright, Ran clicked his tongue out of irritation. Running a hand through his disheveled hair, he exhaled aloud. "God, you scared me there. Almost made out with the ground..."

Trembling like a leaf in Autumn's wake, you chuckled to mask your fear of what was about to become of the life inside of you if Ran wasn't able to catch you on time. And this did not go unnoticed to the Bonten executive, who quirked an eyebrow at your strange behavior.

"What's the matter?"

"Nothing."

"It's never nothing with you, darling." Cupping your face with both of his palms, Ran leaned down to observe your face. Scanning it and see if he could figure out what was bothering you. Seeing that you refused to tell, the older Haitani sighed and pinched your cheek. "Fine, I won't pry too much. However, you can't keep me in the dark forever."

You pouted. "I know."

Ran smirked, then pressed a chaste kiss on your lips. "Rest well, darling. I hope you feel better tomorrow."

"Mhm, good night, Ran."

Before you could leave, he cleared his throat and lowered his gaze to the floor.

"And about your question, I don't know why you bothered to ask... but for you darling, any baby of yours—even if I'm not the father—I'd gladly welcome it."

The silver-haired man beside you handed the bucket of fries, watching you eat the thin potatoes faster than light with interest. "Do you feel better now?" Koko questioned, but then snorted. "Well, with how much you're eating today, I guess you are now."

You sent him a silent glare, shutting the man up before resuming your feast. After resting last night, you woke up with a hunger for fast food. Sanzu and Koko picked you up from the penthouse, getting ready for today's mission which was to visit a drug den disguised as a noodle restaurant. However, with your unexpected craving, Sanzu had to turn the car around and head to the nearest fast food chain in the area.

"Baby, weren't you the one who criticized me for eating fast food in the morning instead of a 'proper' breakfast?" Sanzu chuckled, looking at your reflection through the driver's rearview mirror. "Look who's being a hypocrite."

"It's not my fault I'm craving." You grumbled, rolling your eyes at the pink-haired man's comment. "Besides, this is only a one-time thing. I was too lazy to make breakfast and Kakucho wasn't there."

"Takeomi told us you were feeling unwell yesterday so we decided not to intervene with your resting. The same goes for Kakucho." Koko explained, digging through the paper bags he brought until he found the one where it contained vitamins and supplements. "Here, you should drink these once you're done. Wouldn't want you to feel ill again."

Sanzu, upon hearing the sound of medicine, removed his gaze from the road to stare at Koko expectantly.

"Did you buy some for me as well?"

"No, and I won't." Koko hissed, pushing the man's head away, earning a huff. "Can't afford you getting high off your horses, especially today. We're meeting a drug lord though, so maybe you can ask from him."

The ride was silent for a few moments, consisting of you merely eating, Koko watching, and Sanzu trying to maneuver around until the vehicle slowed down to a stop in front of a noodle restaurant located in the sketchiest corner of town.

"You sure this is the right place?"

Koko took out his phone, comparing the photo he had and the building. He then nodded once he was sure. Turning to you, he then patted your shoulder.

"You're staying here, [Y/N] since we'll be quick. In and out as soon as possible, okay?"

You nodded, trusting them to finish the job immediately. You didn't have much to fear for Sanzu was around and if any trouble were indeed to rise, a gun underneath your seat was ready for use.

Sanzu's smiling face immediately disappeared, replaced with a more serious one before kissing your cheek.

"Wish us luck, baby."

Watching the two disappear into the restaurant, you relaxed against the leather seat and waited as you ate the remainder of your fries and nuggets Koko bought. The morning sickness mostly emptied your stomach so it was no surprise how you wanted to eat a meal for two men. However, you still had to keep your pregnancy a secret, blaming it on your upcoming period as a guise.

Basking in the silence, you watched a few people walk by your car. Some avoid it in fear of Bonten and the owner of said car. What captured your attention, however, was a pregnant woman walking by. Her huge stomach indicated she was close to labor any day. Fascinated, you stared at her in silence until she stopped a few feet away.

It was when she bent over, seemingly in pain, that you unlocked the car door and rushed to her side.

"Excuse me, are you okay?"

Sometimes, you blame your misplaced kindness at times, especially now when the pregnant woman pulled out a gun from her fake silicone belly. Beaming maliciously as she pointed it against your chest. It wasn't soon for you to find out she wasn't alone. Four men emerged from the shadows, some armed with a knife and one with a gun.

"Give us your money, bitch."

Fuckers.

Clicking your tongue, you raised your arms high up in the air in mock surrender. The woman immediately made a grab for your pockets, unsuspecting until you kicked her. Doubling over in pain, the woman fell to the ground with her gun knocked out of her hand.

Wasting no time, you made a grab for it and shot the man holding another gun on the chest. The rest tried to make a grab for yours, hoping to outwit you and take the weapon. Shooting the second guy, you were unprepared for the third charging up to you with his own knife.

The blade missed its chance to dig itself into your flesh and organ, but it certainly made a huge gash on your stomach. Hissing and groaning in pain, you stumbled back while glaring at the perpetrator.

"You fuckers certainly have the balls to gang up against a Bonten executive."

The man merely snickered, delivering a punch on your stomach one last time before you shot him point-blank in between the eye. His blood and bits of his brain staining your clothes, making you look bloodier than ever.

Falling to the ground, endless amounts of curses escaped your lips as you hugged your stomach. Tears threaten to spill out of your eyes at the pain blooming down there.

The sound of gunshots made the other people in the area flee from the scene while it certainly attracted your companions who ran to the scene. The last guys standing instantly fell like flies once Sanzu shot them.

"[Y/N]!"

"Haru, help..."

You couldn't help but let out a sob as you felt liquid trail down your thigh. Vision turning dim as you cried out for help, to take you to the hospital—anywhere for your baby. A flash of pink was all you could remember, strong arms scooping you up before blacking out completely.

The first thing that greeted you was a bright light that made you squint hard. The buzzing and humming of a machine filled the room.

"[Y/N]."

At the sound of your name, you turned to see who it was. Dark eyes with circles underneath them staring straight into your soul. Platinum blond hair.

"Mikey..." You whispered until you remembered what happened, prompting you to rise in panic. The man was quick to press you down, muttering how you were going to open your stitches. But none of that mattered as you held your stomach in fear. "Mikey, my baby..."

"The baby is safe."

A breath of relief slipped past your lips at Mikey's statement. Relaxing into your bed, you covered your face as you exhaled deeply.

"Thank god..."

"Why did you keep it a secret, [Y/N]?" But of course, Mikey wanted to know. "This could've been avoided if you told me—us. Why did you have to put yourself in danger?"

Seeing his usual emotionless face with anger and a hint of worry, you bit your inner cheek in silent debate whether to tell the truth or not. However, you didn't have much of a choice but to spill the beans with how hard Mikey was staring at you.

So, you ended up telling him your fears. Of the unplanned pregnancy, if it was going to be accepted or not.

Once you were finished, Mikey quirked a brow.

"And why on earth wouldn't we keep the child? It's already there and the father could be any of us." Then, he leaned closer to narrow his eyes slightly. "Why are you so nervous? Don't tell me it's not one of us—"

"Don't be absurd." You groaned, closing your eyes in embarrassment. "Of course it's one of you. Do you know how hard it was to explain to the doctor at the clinic of my situation? How I would have to wait for nine months to find out who is the real father because I was fucking with seven men?"

Mikey was silent for a moment, taking in your words. He then sighed.

"That's... true."

"And we're criminals... Having a baby while having such a way of life isn't really something you can recommend."

"Do you want to get rid of it?"

It was your turn to become silent, shaking your head.

"Then, the answer is clear." Mikey offered you a small smile, leaning down to kiss your forehead. "We will keep the baby. Once the baby is here, we can work our way from there... little by little. There is nothing to fear, love. Besides, I want to find out who is responsible for knocking you up and punish them for being so careless."

"And what if it's you?"

Whether Mikey had an answer or not, he avoided the question and let your giggle pass through his ear while he opened the door.

"I'll let the others in now. They've been sitting outside for hours like wet dogs." Mikey then grumbled. "Sanzu still has to clean up the mess he made there."
