I am Samer Abu Ras, writing to you from the heart of the suffering my family is enduring due to the ongoing war. My wife Shorouq, our three children, including a baby who is not yet two years old, and I are living in harsh conditions in displacement camps after losing our home and everything we owned. My eldest son, Qusay, was born with serious heart problems and has undergone several surgeries. He urgently needs medical follow-up, which we cannot provide under these conditions.
