Practice this :

• Find some type of educational media or smth in a book ,, quote some stuff.

• How was 'the writing' achieved? What was its end goal? What was the thought process behind it?

Don't try to focus on the phonology, morphology, and syntax,, other than how they were used for the media you are consuming atm.
