This Is Why Always Separate The Good Shippers With The Toxic Ones. Like Can Someone Please Tell Me How

This is why always Separate the good shippers with the Toxic ones. Like can someone please tell me how can two wrongs make right?
Like ppl are seriously wishing other ppl to die over this shit?
It was always weird for me, How this fandom sometimes act like Skk shippers are the only one who are toxic in this fandom.
Don't get me wrong, There are Skk shippers who are very toxic. But Like not all of them are toxic. Not everyone who ships Soukoku is going to be toxic. A ship/Liking something doesn't make you toxic. It's the type of person you are, That makes you toxic.
"Your people" Who's People? Like we Do not Control their actions. Usually Toxic Soukoku shippers pull their bullshit and starts harassing ppl, I usually see other SKK shippers calling them out on their BS. And making them realize how stupid they are.
Honestly it's kinda sad seeing other ppl apologize for shit that isn't their fault. Like ofc, their is going to be toxic ppl in the Skk Ship. It's one of the popular ships in the BSD Fandom. (if The Most Popular ship in the fandom) so ofc their is going to be lots of controversy.
Because the bigger/more popular something is, The more people it gets and the more toxic ppl it will have.
Because ppl are different and have different personalities not everyone is going to have common sense.(I know it's sad.) Some ppl are just dumb, and for reason alone is why i always separate Regular shippers with the Toxic ones. Because when the Toxic ones do something bad, Then the people with 0 braincells, Starts attacking other ppl who like the same thing simply because they like the same thing.
For example, If a Toxic Skk shipper do something toxic, Somehow, every SKK shipper is responsible for that shit simply for liking SKK. And It's so stupid. It's like saying if a serial killers favorite is pizza then every Pizza lover is a serial killer and is responsible for how man victims deaths. It's so dumb.
Regular shippers cannot control Toxic shippers actions. just because they like the same ship, doesn't mean there the same type of ppl.
I swear people are out here wishing other people would be dead simply because of a ship or a show. Like damn, it's not that serious. please take Michael Jordan's advice and
Stop it, Get some help.

You Don't like a popular ship? Your getting attacked
You Like Popular Ship? Your getting attacked.
You Don't ship anything at all? You getting attacked.
Toxic shippers are everywhere, even in the ships that are considered to be "Underrated." I mean just because you haven't experience it doesn't mean they don't exist. I had to deal Toxic Odazai shippers, getting on my throat simply because I don't ship Odazai romantically. But whatever, It happens. I just block them and report them.
I swear some ppl, be acting like a ship is their ENTIRE Identity. I don't know about you, but I am a Human being who happens to like ship and i don't care whether it's popular or not.
And this don't go for anything not just for ships. Shipping Is fun ( for some ppl) Because it allows you to be creative and see how would these two characters fit together. But Just like anything else in life, Shipping could be Toxic.
Even if shipping didn't exist, We still have problem like these. But with Anime characters,
You Like this Character? Your getting attacked
You don't like this character? Your getting attacked.
You don't like any character at all? Your getting attacked.
Same thing but with different animes.
Like Ppl, be like all "We'd be better off if all SKK shippers were dead." First of all, Skk shippers are human beings behind the screen their ppl. Second of all, If SKK wasn't the most Popular ship and instead it was another ship Like Odazai or Dazatsu. And your statement would still be the same, Just that it would be another ship name. (So, I don't know what the hell, yall going to be solving.)
I swear, This fandom is slowly becoming MHA fandom. as this series goes on and gain popularity, The ships will too, and the toxicity will too. But when that happens I'lll be long gone. :) either I will have a new obsession or if I still stay in this fandom. "I'll just say I told you so" And continue with My small space with the small friends I've made the along the way. Predicting exactly as I expected. But just take this as another Help Guide/life lesson, In any fandom or any Community that you decide to join, because the problems will always be the same even in IRL.
You can't control what happens, you only control how you react.
And wishing innocent ppl were dead isn't a good reaction to have, Just saying.
Generalization is so unnecessary and it only cause more harm than good.

posting my favorite bits from the official fifteen translation under the cut

first thing i noticed when i flipped through it was this. open sobs on the floor.

dazai is so fucking funny here. poor hirotsu man.

their first meeting is sooooo funny. i like chuuya actually wanting to spare dazai and dazai still teasing him.

LIL TWIG

im losing my mind

dazai was invited to join the sheep?#?#_!&#(!?÷ Also their banter is so hilarious. why are they like this.

skk being a comedy duo part 37

this part makes me want to cry its so cute.
general thoughts: i really liked this translation, id only read fan translations before and honestly had a hard time following esp during action scenes which already tend to confuse me a bit GRKRBEKEJ (that's probably on me, y'all fan translators literally do gods work). i feel like they sometimes unnecessarily westernized it, specifically having chuuya call kouyou ma'am instead of ane-san lol. but i really loved it! i read it entirely the that day it dropped and i still haven't recovered. the final fight scene is sooo much different than in the anime, so no holding hands :(( but it's actually way better ngl. i like them being shown as like an actual team that can plan and coordinate. plus chuuya pretending to die and it freaking dazai out even though they had a plan was very....ueueueue noises.
dazai is a pining mess and having once been a pining 15 year old. yeah. their banter is really funny, also its revealed that dazai actually cheated in the arcade 💀. they're very funny together though, it's like watching two hamsters verbally brawl. you're both babies shut up about who's more mature. i wish i could add more picssssss but tumblr says ONLY 10!!!! maybe ill do a part 2.

oh, chuuya. with that pose, nothing in life will ever be straight for you
See, what I think a lot of people don't get is that a lot of the time Dazai is genuinely kind to Chuuya? People see that moment where Dazai leaves Chuuya behind on the battlefield after they defeat the Guild and go "wow that's shitty" and it is, but- he also folds Chuuya's clothes next to him neatly and cleans up all the blood in a way that's so non-comittal and so very Dazai. Like he can't let Chuuya know he genuinely cares and that's consistent through their whole relationship.
Basically I'm telling people to read Stormbringer.
People who think Dazai is going to actually kill Chuuya not only underestimate Soukoku, but also underestimate Fydoor a lot.
Do y'all really think that Fydoor ONLY choose Chuuya as his asset because of his strenght? Because if you think thats the case, you are wrong.
Fydoor choose Chuuya because he is smart enough to detect the emotional impact our redhead has on Dazai.

Just look at Dazai's words when he realizes Fydoor is using Chuuya. He even calls him a bastard for this.
Because this "despicable card" is not just for Fydoor to have physcial power over him, but also to mentally and emotionally toll with Dazai.
Fydoor knows that Dazai will prioritize Chuuya over escaping the prision. Lets not forget that Dazai has prioritized Chuuya over a mission mulitple times.
A clear example of this is in Stormbringer:
Inside Dazai's head, he was planning a procedure to swith to an alternative plan in case Chuuya refused, at a tremendous speed.
Yes...while the whole world was in mortal danger Dazai still took his time to prioritize his partners wellbeing whille trying to come up with another plan that wouldn't affect Chuuya.
Also I just know that if Chuuya wasn't that much of an important person to Dazai, the brunnete would've exploited Chuuya's powers long ago just to get a mission over with.
But he doesn't exploit him. Not only because Dazai cares. But also because they are both equals to one another.
With all this being said, Fydoor is using Chuuya as a possible distraction for Dazai.
Now that Chuuya is a vampire, its likely that Dazai wants to find a way to change him back to normal so that he will no longer be in Fydoor's clutches. (It would also be benificial to Dazai since Chuuya will be on his side if he does turn back to normal.)
With that being said, I think its highly likely that Dazai's current plan is to turn Chuuya back into a human.
Dazai didn't just trap Chuuya and Fydoor there to drown them. He trapped them there to trigger something in Chuuya and make him human again.

And I think its working! Look at Chuuya's eyes in the first pannel and Chuuya's eyes on the second one.
I can't be the only one who is able to spot the difference here. Chuuya's face looks significantly human in the 2nd picture.
Dazai doesn't genuienly want to kill Chuuya. I think that Dazai most likely knew that keeping him confined in that place while triggering Chuuya's emotions with memories of his friendship would make him turn back to normal.
And the only way Chuuya can get out of that confined area is by using corruption. And we all know how both Dazai and Chuuya feel about using corruption so I think thats why Dazai is very apolagetic about all this.

Take note of Dazai's choice of words here: "Its unfortunate that it had to come to this" isn't that a wierd way of wording a goodbye to a friend? I think if Dazai was being genuiene over Chuuya dying then he would say that its a shame that it had to end that way.
But it won't. It won't end. Atleast not yet. Dazai is just sorry that Chuuya is trapped in a situation where he has no choice but to use corruption.
All in all, this whole situation will change their dynamic a lot. Especially now that Dazai was more verbally vulnerable about his dynamic with Chuuya than he has ever been throughout the story.
I cannot wait for the next chapter to see what will happen! Lets keep trusting soukokus partnership and know that these two will get through this one.
hi!! do you have any ideas about Dazai’s need for control? could be answered possibly in a sexual type way too if you want. when I read stormbringer he phased me as the type to rarely allow things out of his own jurisdiction and chuuyas rivalry to that control, even though he usually falls under it, excites him.
Ahh I do have some thoughts sexual or otherwise.
I think that as a child Dazai always noticed more about the people and the world around him than anyone expected him too, and as a result he came to see people in general as predictable and boring. Add to that how unnerved the adults around him would be, that this child points out things a "normal" child would never be able to grasp (sort of like how Mori saw Dazai between him gaining power and Fifteen), and you have a kid who hasn't been shown much sympathy because he is too intelligent and doesn't know when or how to hide it well.
I think he relied on his intelligence and ability to manipulate people a lot when he was younger, mostly for survival. I think control gives him a source of confort as well as endless frustration cause nothing can scare him, but nothing can exceed his expectations, either.
So when that control is taken away from him, it both excites him and frightens him. Which is part of why he hates Chuuya so much!
The first time Dazai met Chuuya, he had a specific impression he stuck to that we the audience know is false, but Dazai had been confident in up until Chuuya said "I am Arahabaki."
This is one of the few times we see Dazai genuinely caught off guard. It's a shock reflected both in his words on the page and in the illustration. Because Dazai was so sure he got the gist of what Chuuya was about.
What was the gist, you ask? Well.
The first time Dazai meets Chuuya, he calls him an "arrogant brat". He claims that Chuuya relies on his power so much that he fails to be good at anything without it. He sees the way Chuuya interacts with the Sheep, how this powerful, arrogant person acts subservient to them, how much he hates his own position as "King of the Sheep". There's also this bit:

Then, during his talk with Randou, Dazai reveals Mori's theory of "undercooked meat":

And I thought huh, that's weird, if I'd put Chuuya anywhere, it would be the meat everyone's trying to haggle over, not one of the people who steals the meat from others. Cause I, the audience, knew who Chuuya was already. But Dazai didn't. In Dazai's eyes, Chuuya's goals are inherently set apart from the Sheep's. Which isn't true, on a basic level. Chuuya looking jnto the rumors inherently benefits the group, because it affects Chuuya. If someone is looking into Arahabaki, it threatens Chuuya and as a result, threatens the safety of the rest of the Sheep. His goal also isn't a goal which warrants this comment:

What I think Dazai assumed: Chuuya is a powerful ability user that has to put up with the Sheep and their demands despite having goals of his own. He's arrogant, to the point where he keeps his hands in his pockets in the hopes of meeting a true challenge, despite the disadvantage. This is why he wants to find Arahabaki: a powerful destructive diety that is capable of leveling an island, so he can find a true challenge and conquer it.
This is why he thought of Chuuya as one of the people stealing the meat. Because the goal above is arrogant and selfish. But, that's not at all what Chuuya wanted. And when Dazai learned he underestimated not only Chuuya's strength, but his character?

Chuuya going against Dazai's predictions both frightened him, angered him, and excited him, to the point where Dazai found that willingness to live again. I think a lot of his facination with Chuuya stems from that. We see Chuuya getting underestimated twice again by Dazai in Stormbringer. First time when Dazai thinks Verlaine can convince Chuuya to kill N, and the second time, when Dazai assumes Chuuya is dead, but he survives anyway, and doesn't even need Dazai's help lmao (which, y'know, we have Adam to thank for, but still).
Corruption facinates Dazai the same way. It's a force of nature and destruction, unable to be controlled, except Dazai can still nullify it. But what's weird is that every time he does, Dazai is strangely humbled by it? He doesn't really think of it as him "controlling" Chuuya's ability as much as "wow I can't believe I can touch this god-like creature and be able to do this wow".
Insteresting to note how Dazai can't control is own ability. At all. It just happens.
So yeah, I think contolling the situation is a comfort to Dazai, it's a constant in his life. Chuuya both unnerves him and intrigues him cause he keeps pushing against Dazai's control and his expectations.
Idk what you want me to say on the sexy aspect of it I think Dazai wouldn't give up being a dom unless you dragged him away kicking and screaming
